Ive used Park Forest Travel Agency on many occasions and have found them to be very helpful and not at all rude. While you can book many trips on-line, I find that when Im vacationing, particularly when I leave the country, its nice to know that if something goes wrong, all I have to do is call PF Travel and someone will take care of the issue so I can enjoy my vacation. Had a credit card incident while traveling in Europe and the staff not only managed to get me a replacement card within 24 hours, they provided meal vouchers in the event that I had no access to cash.

Probably the most rude people that I have ever encountered. I went in to ask for some specific information on a trip that I want to book and the lady laughed at me for my choice in carrier. She made fun of me and my sick mother, then threw a brochure on the desk...didnt even hand it to me or ask if I had any questions. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. If you want to use a travel agent to book a trip, look elsewhere. This office will not give you the time of day without ridicule and rudeness.

HI I KNOW YOU DONT WANT TO TALK TO US BUT THAT IS OK. THIS IS SHIRLEY LESH JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW WE HAD A GREAT TIME YOUR TRAVEL SCHEDULE FOR OUR FLT. COMING BACK TO OHARE WAS VERY BAD. BUT THAT JUST YOUR FAULT NOT OURS. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY THANKS FOR THE RUN .WE WERE THE LAST ONES ON THE PLANE
