I booked some flights 5 months in advance on this website and they asked me for something called 3d verification through visa via email after the transaction. I called Visa and they explained that this only occurs during the transaction and not after, and that the payment had already cleared and been verified. This apparently was not good enough for DWT so they cancelled my booking. Prices went up $200 since finding out they cancelled my booking. This company is a bunch of beginners who I simply wouldnt trust booking any with again. They also tack on extra fees for every little thing. Youve been warned!
