We had a great experience when we purchase our tickets with Pleasant Travel. We found out when we were searching online we were not getting the information about the places we want to visit, cost of land package especially hotels. When we started talking to them it was like a breeze within few minutes we knew where we should stay, visit and what kind on food we should expect and what type of transportation we should use. No, online travel agency can provide that kind of information. We highly recommend them. Specially traveling overseas.

I am not sure what happened to this travel agency. They were actually quite good, but recently their service quality has gone downhill. You will call and they will put you on hold; to get someone again, you will have to disconnect and call them back. If they tell you that they will call you back, it will not happen. Save yourself some hassle and use someone else to get your India/Pakistan tickets.
