We live in Alabama and were running errands in Pensacola saw the AAA office, went in to ask for a routing to Kansas and Texas and the Travel Agent at the first desk made a comment about Alabama must not do routings. The second Customer Service representative who we were referred to was sitting behind the desk asked if we could come back or have it mailed to us. In all of our 40+ years of membership, every other state we visited, the representative took care of everyone individually, right there on the spot. The office was not busy, there was only one other member in there seeking other services. Not sure why we had to come back or have a simple routing within the U.S. mailed to us other than this office is impartial to those of us who live in Alabama.

If I could give no stars I would. This is a warning to all that consider signing up with AAA, you will get a huge hassle just getting any service from them. My car would not run and I need a tow 3 miles away to my auto shop and they would not tow my car because I could not tell them what was wrong with my car. I would I know what was wrong with my car, I am not a mechanic and if I was I would fix my car myself. Then I filed a complaint with the FTC because they would not give me a refund back although I had never used their service and some lady named Cynthia called me from Member Relations Department on 12/10/2014 and told me I would get my refund but it is 01/18/2015 and still no refund so I am filing another complaint after I post this review.

I was with AAA for over 10 years in New Jersey and received great service but for whatever reason, you pay for a membership for 24 hour road side assistant in pensacola and when it comes time to call for a battery jump I cant even get one after 5 hours on the phone with one incompetent person after the other. I honestly dont know where the calls where being dispatched to, but its impossible to get road side assistant apparently in this part of town. Very displeased with the lack of service I received after paying for a membership that was supposed to assist with road side issues. Would give zero stars if I could, because no service was even available

After being a loyal customer for many years and using AAAs travel services, I wont be using them for that anymore. Even after CONFIRMING the price, when the hotel changed it, AAA tried to "average out the price of the three nights" instead of honoring the price confirmed!! Took 30 min. to check in, an hour to check out. Pam Splar- the Manager insisted that I was wrong, even though it was the hotel. Finally, they gave me a $40 discount on my future membership - but I wont count on them again for travel. :( disappointed..

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I stopped in to get an international drivers license. While it took longer than I expected, Ill say it was mostly due to getting caught up visiting with the nice lady who helped me. She did try to sell me things I didnt need, but I cant blame her. Its her job. All in all, nice folks and I would not feel uncomfortable stopping here again.
