The Colemans
We started in September to plan. Trip in June the following year. 3 week retirement vacation in the UK. We spoke with Brenda Walters. Specified the things we like what we wanted to see. A month later we receive and Itinerary with nothing we asked for. It was a pre packaged trip. We said theirs none of the sights we wanted to see. She says oh its just a sample thought you might like it. January comes second itenarary same thing. So Febuarary we get an Email from Patti Lehman a new agent. She goes over the things we want and sends us an itenarary for 21 day trip with "15 days of leisure" she got the date and cities right But tours and activities not at all. All this for 22,000 dollars flights not included. We had to go so far as to send her a direct link to a play we wanted to see after she says its not playing during your trip. So she revises itinerary with the play rerouted the trip. Leaving out more then half of the events. At this point they tell us they want an additional 200.00 on top of the original 200.00 we paid for their incompetents . This place is a scam. Save your money and use a good travel agency.

I wrote to them asking about a particular flight, and hoping to find a better deal. I am not new to traveling and I know how airline pricing works, but I was hoping that they might have a connection for a better deal. Part of their email response was this: "Regarding your comments about the current cost availability for the one flight you need on Sept 22nd, it has been my experience over the 25+ years I have been in this industry, airfare VERY RARELY decreases in cost, and I’ve never seen commercial airline carriers add on additional flights when one flight becomes sold out. So, as much as I know this is not what you want to hear, you need to book the flight you want NOW before the price continues to increase on you. " Having traveled quite a bit, I knew this was completely false. Airfares are CONSTANTLY fluctuating. Since that email was sent, the flight I was considering has decreased by $200. Clearly, they have no idea what they are doing, and they want to sucker maximum dollars out of whoever they do business with. I would not even consider contacting them again for any reason.
