Just spoke with Tommy from this agency, she was very rude, a vacation should be a happy experience, and you can obviously tell that she has no training in customer service, I was really interested in what this agency might have to offer, but I will not give my money to a company that hires rude employees, her tone of voice and choice of words were unacceptable, I would not recommend this place to anyone, and you should definitely not use Tommy as your travel agent.

Tommy knows exactly what to look for when booking a clients trip. She is precise, effective and on top of everything from beginning to end of your trip. My family and I have used Herron Travel for years and love them.
