We recently contacted this agency to book our travel. After over a week of communication with the agent (she just couldnt understand what we wanted) the trip was finally booked. When we went in to pay and pick up the paperwork we saw that the agent booked our trip for the WRONG days. She claims to have emailed us about the change, but never did. She had been emailing someone else. Apparently she just couldnt hit reply on one of the many emails we sent her. Needless to say we walked out very upset without booking our trip with her. Instead we went online and found exactly what we wanted and at a much better rate. If you do use this agency USE CAUTION and double check everything. Make sure you are in constant contact with the agent and ensure that she completely comprehends what you want. Happy Travels.
