Nicki booked our dream vacation at the Royal in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. It was amazing and beyond our expectations. We are currently booking another vacation back to Mexico and currently have a Disney trip already booked with Nicki @ Legacy Travel. I reccommend Nicki because she will get you great deals, she has excellent customer service , and she works hard on getting you what you need to make sure your vacation is what you want and need. When I went to Mexico she even took time out and sent me a happy birthday video and that really shows me she cared and it made my day. Ive reccommended Nicki to all my friends and family. If you want a travel agent that will make you comfortable, get you great deals and excellent customer service, I would reccommend her. We booked a trip to El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya through Nicki and had an amazing vacation! There were several resorts that we considered visiting, but in the end Nicki recommended El Dorado Royale to meet our specific travel criteria. Nicki and the staff at Legacy Travel prepared us well for our trip by sending videos specific to our hotel, packing lists, travel tips, and phone numbers in case we needed anything during the trip. Every time I emailed Nicki or another Legacy Travel staff member there was a quick and well-answered reply. During our trip Nicki emailed us to make sure things were going well, and, upon our return, we received a hand-written thank you note from Nicki for using her to book our vacation. We would definitely recommend Nicki at Legacy Travel for your next vacation, and we will certainly use her for ours.

Nicki suggested we have our destination wedding at The Royal in Cancun. She suggested that hotel based on the over all quality of the hotel and the quality of the wedding staff and coordinator. Everything was as promised and even more than we expected. Nicki helped coordinate travel for our 50 some guests. Everyones travel went as expected, the shuttles went well, and the hotel met everyones expectations. The wedding staff was excellent and our wedding was everything I had imagined. Many people complemented us on our choice of The Royal. The credit really goes to Nicki. We were just lucky enough to have used her as our travel consultant.
