Several people checked in ahead of me with kids so wait time estimate was off by about 20 minutes. That sucked a little. Otherwise, cut was good and stylist was informative.

Had a terdible cut. It is a basic straight cut and i left with a 2 inch difference on sides and a huge drop off to back of hair!!!! Terrible
