If I could give zero stars I would! The girl had no idea what she was doing which she should have told me when I explained what I wanted and showed her the pictures of what I wanted. She also did not shampoo my hair, instead she sprayed it with so much water that water was dripping off as she cut. After an hour and a half haircut that was done completely wrong, the stylist didnt even dry my hair! I walked out with a wet head in the middle of December! The other stylist in the salon was talking about other customers to her client and not one thing she said was nice or appropriate. Her client was quiet uncomfortable with the conversation. You dont even get what you paid for. Do not go here!! I went to High Volume Hair Salon on Green St to fix this horrible cut and they did amazingly! I highly recommend High Volume Hair Salon!

Gave my son a chop job... (unfortunately i cant give 0 stars because trust me thats what Id rate this place) literally his hair is just chopped up and it looks like he got ahold of scissors and gave him self a hair cut! Kids are difficult to give hair cuts too and i understand that but if you cant even do a half way decent job then please decline cutting kids hair at your salon! We went to cost cutters because even tho its a bit pricier than great clips we thought wed get a better hair cut. Obviously that was not the case at all! We will how ever be going to great clips this week to fix his hair so i can avoid my family asking during our thanks giving get together, why i let my son cut his own hair.

I took my 2 year old there only because sports clips was busy. I told the lady a frohawk and she ended up spiking only the front of his hair nothing like a frohawk. The young blonde was getting mad it was getting busy. She kept huffing and puffing. She even seemed to try and to turn some customers away by telling them in a snobby way that its going to be a while. When they said thats okay, she then made this mad face expression. They just overall were not that pleasant.

I got my eyebrows done and the girl messed them up so bad and she burnt my face on one of my eyebrows alittle piece of it goes the other way it has always been like that and she wax it all off cause she didnt like it and so now my eyebrows are uneven there is a bald spot on one of my eyebrows because she kept plucking them so no I wouldnt recommend this place to a friend

Completely ruined my eyebrows!! The lady who did my eyebrows made them way to far apart, didnt even make them look the same, left a bunch of hair on my eyebrows that should have been waxed off, and left so much wax on my skin. I do it recommend this place for eyebrows at all and now I cannot fix them and have to wait for them to grow back! Thanks a lot!

Im writing this for my grandma. She came to visit from Arizona and wanted to get her hair done before going out for a faimily dinner. She came home extremely upset and refused to attend dinner because cost cutters dyed her red instead of blonde. She will never go back to the McHenry location. Stay away.

4 years ago I met Michelle, the best hairstylist I have ever had. This girl always does her magic with fine thin hair so I look sassy and trendy. Michelle was God sent to me - I always get compliments on my hair - by strange women and they ask for referrals.
