They have new owners since that 2006 review was written. Not only is the place run MUCH better, but theyre redoing the entire interior. Its already really warm and inviting feeling, but my hairdresser informed me of the upcoming renovations and it sounds like its only going to get better! I dont go anywhere else to get my hair cut OR colored! My favorite hairdresser is Crystal (not sure if she spells it with a C or a K). Shes been doing my hair for over a year now and not ONCE have I left there and not LOVED my hair! My most recent visit there (2 days ago) she did EXACTLY what I asked for and THEN some! I was so pleased with the results! As I sit and have my hair done I watch everyone else in the salon and all of them seem to be competent hairdressers who really love their job (ive been to some places where the hairdresser scowls the whole time theyre doing hair). They all seem VERY stylish and sport cute hair cuts and even cuter outfits! If Im going to get my hair done I want it done by someone who knows how to style THEMSELF. I wont go to any other salon even if Annabella is a tad pricier then places around I refuse to pay less and end up with less quality also. You honestly get what you pay for and I feel as though every penny I spend at Annabella is WELL worth it for the service I get! (Sidenote: they offer tea, water or coffee when youre waiting, and if youre getting your hair colored they offer you a foot soak which is AMAZING!!!!! ALSO: getting your hair shampooed= a scalp massage that is SO relaxing and invigorating! Like I said, you get what you pay for and my money is WELL spent at this salon!)

I recently moved to the area and booked an appointment with this salon. From the first time I went there I was shuffled around. They overbook /doublebook appointments for whatever reason. I have only gone there four times and for 50% of the appointments, I had to sit through other peoples haircuts. This last time and I do mean my last time there, I was sitting there for 25 minutes watching my stylist do someone elses hair on my appointment time...and she was not even finished with her at that time. That is when I decided to walk out. Would never go back....not worth the money and also my stylist was not even aware of one of their own heat protective products. Way over priced for the way they behave!

Im sorry to say that I am so extremely disappointed and frustrated with this salon and the management. My 14 yr old daughter came out three inches shorter than she asked which made it to short to put in a good pony tail and as a runner thats a problem. If it had at least been a "good" cut, we could have just embraced it and moved on...but it was not a good cut. We struggle with her hair daily now. I immediately called the store to work out options. Three times Ive left messages and told the story with lovely sympathetic staff, but the owner will not get back to me. This is very poor customer service and I would not recommend anyone going here. Im sorry to have to write such a poor review.

Awful! The girl who cut my hair was very inexperienced and seemed to disregard everything I said. I was soooooo frustrated! Finally a more senior person kept overhearing the conversation and came over to give her guidance (which she also didnt appear to acknowledge)...and the woman asked three times "if she was comfortable doing that cut" and my girl never even answered. NOT a boost of confidence for me, I was so frustrated and unhappy with my hair and when I left all she said was, "Sorry youre just eh with it and give her 20% off." Really???

Man if to was the last reviewer I woulda been pissssssed lol but Ive been going here for years since probably it first opened and Ive always loved my hair and had the same stylist. The prices are higher but you get what you pay for and Ill be coming into town from out of state and will be getting my hair done again. Thank you!

Great salon and people. Have been going for well over 13 years. We moved out of town 3 years ago, but the entire family still stops in when were in town to see the team and get top notch hair cuts and styles. Love Annabellas. Thanks for always making us look great!

I have been to all the Aveda Salons in this area and Annabella is by far the best....I recommend it highly!!
