I went to this location with hopes of getting my hair colored and cut, a $95+ service. I was told that there were only 2 people ahead of me, and it wouldnt be long. As I sat down waiting, I could see stylists finishing up with their customers, checking them out, and then cleaning their station for the next customer. In the meantime, a man came in, said he didnt have an appointment, and then the first open stylist came up and told me she was going to take him because he would he quick. I thought okay, thats fine. Then the two people before me were taken back. There was one stylist then cleaning up who was getting ready to take me, when another woman came in just to get a haircut. Again, she said she did NOT have an appointment. The woman asked if she wanted to request anyone, she said "I dont really care, maybe the girl who did my hair last time?" which of course, happened to be the stylist about to take me. She then comes up and calls the OTHER woman back!! I immediately stood up and asked how that is fair, and she said "oh well she requested me." I decided then and there these people dont deserve my money, service, or time. They decided to push a person who would have spent well over $100, and possibly be a regular customer, for 2 people getting short hair haircuts, no where near the price of my services. Not to mention the obvious, I had been waiting for over 30 minutes, and 2 others who also didnt have appointments they decided to take right away ahead of me. Not sure who taught these women how to run a business but if this is how they continue to treat customers, they will close down soon enough. Thanks for nothing ladies!

I went to this particular hair cuttery several times, and enjoyed what they did to my hair. But I took my teenage daughter there twice, and both times they did it their way instead of what we asked for. The staff seems nice, but very inexperienced. Plus, after my daughter was bawling her eyes out, they still expected full payment plus tip!! What is that?!?!?!!? Dont take your daughters here, unless you want them to end up with bad hair cut, and the parent having to deal with it until it grows back!!!

Ive always had good service and haircuts, and Im picky! I know that others have said other things but I always go in saying that I need someone that can do the things I need done. (Example - short thick hair that need extra texturization). They have always been good about setting me up with the right person and Take Pictures of what you want done. I would do this anywhere I go. I also dont go on busy times. ** remember youre not going to a big expensive salon and not paying for it either.

My son and I both get our hair cut at this location by Maggie. She is wonderful, does great work and my son loves her and is very comfortable with her! Would recommend this place and her to everyone.

Was told it would be a 30 min wait....after waiting an hour and 15 min for I finally left. Will not go back due to the poor customer service and would not recommend this place.
