Here is what I think about Top Class Movers Chicago If it looks great, it sounds great, and everybody writes that its great then - its GREAT! On the day of the move Top class movers crew showed up clean & uniformed and in a brand new truck. We had read reviews online and knew wed hired a reliable moving company to move us yet we still feel that our crew exceeded expectations, they did EVERYTHING to please us, and always with a smile and a positive attitude! Everything was packed and wrapped quickly, thoroughly and professionally - needless to say not even one single damage! Every time we called the office, a courteous rep picked up the phone and addressed any question or concern we had. Opposed to a lot of moving companies out there, with Top class moving company Chicago it was easier and faster to reach the customer service dept after the pick up date than it was to reach the sales department before we booked. Bottom line - Top Class moving Chicago was worth every penny we paid, I usually try to find the best deal financially but when it comes to your movers the best deal you can have is a deal with a moving company that delivers their promises and Top class Movers Chicago did it BIG TIME! We will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone we know!

Top Class Moving Company Chicago did a great moving service by moving my mom out of state move to Florida within a week, and move me to my new house in Chicago area, both move want smoothly and stress free, both Chicago movers crew arrived on the moving day clean, friendly with smile on their face, they work hard to please us with their service, by wrapping and packing every item in amazing way, all our belongs arrived safe as it was pickup, they help my mom setup everything in her new home in Florida. We had no damage or claim, thank you Top Class Movers Chicago for helping us on our residential local move in Illinois and interstate move across states to Florida we will highly recommend you to all family and friends.

This was my first time hiring movers and I must admit that I was very skeptical because Ive heard horror stories about items being damaged and companies ripping people off. I am very happy I went with Top Class Moving company because they got everything done very fast and the guys were very polite and professional. I informed Antonio that I needed them to be extra careful with my furniture since it wasnt cheap and it would need to be hauled up 3 flights of stairs and they definitely took time (but not too much) to make sure everything arrived safely at its destination and without a scratch! Will definitely hire them again and recommend them to anybody who needs an awesome moving service!!!

Kind movers but inexperienced and careless in moving valuable items. • Damaged items not brought to your attention but discovered after they leave. • When asked to sign paper so movers can leave, I advise you to DECLINE until you have taken the time, perhaps hours to go through every piece they touched and then sign their papers. Signing papers states everything was delivered ok, unfortunately you are on their time clock. I learned the hard way, didnt read all that small print, signed paper so they could leave and discovered many damaged items. I turned in my claim to management office, declined because of signature. Turned into movers got no where.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Top Class Moving Company. The movers called me 15 minutes before my scheduled start time to say they were on their way. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and began to assess the move. They did not start the clock until they had finished assessing what had to be done. They were courteous and efficient. No time was wasted, and they carefully wrapped and packed my furniture. I was very pleased that they were able to stay within their moving estimated time for my move. I feel I received very good value for the price. I would definitely recommend Top Class Moving Company to others.

We received many moving quotes and many different moving pricing options. Once we contacted Top Class Moving Company Chicago all our questions were answered and we received a very competitive price with no surprises. We mentioned every item we needed to move including a few that we had in a warehouse a few miles away. Top Class Moving Company crew was our eyes and made sure all the items in the list were picked up, they crew member also informed us that some pieces in the warehouse were damage and took pictures for us before the load it. Top Class Moving really went the extra step for us. I highly recommend this moving company

Some punk kid calls me back early in the morning to book my truck. Books everything takes my money, then calls me back later to say ooops sorry shouldnt of done that. Then offers me a week day when I work. I asked him if he was sure that that other day was even available and he hung up on me!!!!! Then I called back to talk to a manager and he hung up on me again. Absolutely unprofessional, and it felt more like I was talking to some punk on the street than booking someone to move my possessions. Never got a chance thank God to see their moving services, but if its anything like the person who answers the phones trust me and pass.

This company is terrible. They lied to me about the quote, saying it was 105 per hour and there may be a "few dollars" for packing and I said okay we need them for 3 hours. They showed up, refused to work said it was about double their original quote including a "packing fee" of 200$ the foreman Adrian was belligerant, then said he had to have an imprint of the card. I said I was out of town in Los Angeles and that I had already spoken to Marco, and told them that. They then said "were leaving". They lied, misrepresented themselves and were completely unprofessional. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Just moved in yesterday. After our move my wife and I were both thinking the same thing - we need to thank our new friends in writing. THANK YOU so much – Jose, Josillito, Eddie, and Ricky. I would totally recommend them and I will recommend them for sure. My wife has nicknamed them the "THE GREAT FOUR. Also we want to convey that wet truly appreciate the transparency from Booth directly - prior to our move as well as during. Oh yeah one more important thing, their moving rate is very affordable. Nothing but a bunch of thieving, dishonest people.. they conned my elderly mother in law into signing off on the delivery before everything could be accounted for.. It wasnt until later that we discovered several high end items missing from our belongings including a brand new XBox 1. Then when we file an insurance claim for the items they refused to pay up because mom had already signed off on it. What a nice little scam they have going on. Bottom line.. dont trust these people!

If I could give zero stars I would. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! Said they would be there between noon and 3pm, which I still thought was late, wanted to get going at least 9am. Apparently none of them wanted to wake up that early. At 3 I still hadnt heard anything, so called the number, they said they were a half hour away. They eventually showed up at 4:30. I will never use them again, or recommend them. Yes they are cheap, but you get what you pay for. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
