From the first call I had with the U-Pack customer service reps to having the driver drop off my belongings at my new residency it was such an easy going experience. I called several times to make changes and check ins along the way and everyone I talked to was extremely pleasant and helpful. It really does make a difference on such a big event like moving from Chicago to Phoenix. Billing was straight forward, I paid less than my original quote which was cheaper by at least 1500 dollars than the rentals alone from companies like U-Haul and Penske. Three days to load and unload the trailer was more than enough time for all of our belongings. I will say I wish I wouldve bundled my furniture up more than I did, my fault though nothing to do with the company, just the nature of freight trailers. I definitely recommend U-Pack for long distance moving, they surpassed all of my expectations.

This was my second time using U-Pack and both times the experience could not have been better. The drivers on both ends were great to work with. I had some tree branches in the way of the truck and the driver was able to work around the situation. Thank you!

Hassle free from beginning to the end.Moved 1000 miles,stored our stuff for 30 days.No issues.Drivers were prompt and courteous on both ends of move.I would not hesitate to use this service again
