I moved from Chicago, IL to Maryland and had an exceptional experience from beginning to end with Reebie Allied. From start to finish, the process was made clear, expectations were set, and follow through was handled well. Tim, the sales guy walked through the process very well and was spot on with the estimate. My fiancee and I packed the items ourselves with the exception of some artwork and all items arrived safely with the exception of a glass piece on a grandfather clock. The claims process for the clock glass was straight forward and prompt. Delivery of goods was handled well and completed efficiently. I would recommend moving with Allied, specifically if you are in the Chicagoland area. Professional, responsive and curious folks throughout the process made the move easy. Thank you!

my international move from Elmwood Park to Vietnam was a nighmare. The packing was the only thing that was perfect. Tracking the ship on line was hopeless, wrong ship, wrong information.The bill of lading had a typo and it took weeks to correct. Ho Chi Minh city has 2 ports of entry.They never checked on this which caused weeks of delay to the shipment for delivery.The person who was supposed to be in charge of tracking the shipment was most of the time incorrect with her information. The person who is now in charge of internationaal shipments is certainly in need of proper training although she says she has had 16 years experience under a boss who unfortunately died. I will certainly never use this company agaiin.

We used Reebie to move into our newly built home on a horrible weather day in December. It started as rain, then freezing rain and then a snowstorm. I was so worried about how they would not only handle the treacherous driveway conditions but not make a mess of our new house. I couldnt have been more pleased. They shoveled the driveway constantly. They covered the floors, watched out for the corners and made our move in day a total success under the most difficult conditions. When I reviewed the house afterwords, I figured wed have a bunch of scuff marks on the walls that I would have to touch up and I could not find one! I will never use anyone but Reebie again.

Reebie moving and storage moved two vintage pinball machines from one house to another house for us. The movers were on time, neatly dressed and very courteous. The machines were old and extremely heavy, and they didnt fit through the basement doorway. The Reebie movers were able to figure out how to disassemble them and reassemble them with ease. They wrapped each piece in plastic and protected them with blankets. If this is how they approach moving old beat up pinball machines, I can only imagine how well they would move my vintage furniture. I would definitely use and recommend these movers to anyone moving their household.

This was the first time Id used a long distance moving company. And Reebie was fabulous. Antonio Padilla and Greg Clarke were the team leads and drivers. They were engaging, cooperative and efficient at loading and unloading me. They and their crew arrived early and worked diligently to make sure everything was accounted for and loaded safely and properly. There was no damage to anything on either loading or unloading. I was very leery of using a long distance mover because of the horror stories one hears. But, I will recommend Reebie to everyone I know. They earned every one of the 5 stars I give them.

I used Reebie Moving and Storage when I moved from Illinois to Arizona. Service was very professional from beginning to end. I really liked that there was frequent communication throughout the process. Delivery was quick and my belongings were handled with care upon pick up and delivery. I thought some other moving companies that I contacted either used high pressure tactics and/or quoted inflated prices. I thought Reebies quote was fair in comparison. Everyone made me feel confident that I was making the right choice. I highly recommend.

Reebie Storage was 1 1/2 hours late and I had to call them! I called Angel numerous times to get updates but no response (just answering machine) The main office did pick up and I finally got to talk to her. I took off work early to be here for them, are they going to pay me for lost wages? I would never recommend this company to anyone. The guys were nice when they got here. They however didnt even have my phone number to let me know theyd be late! Mary Z

First time Mover user. Didnt know what to expect. I read articles on how quotes could be doubled in the end. I did alot of pre-work myself, yes (moving boxes to garage / taking down beds) but these guys were extremely friendly and nice. Sebastian from the office was quick to return messages and Romeo (and team) from the truck was open and accommodating. Moving sucks, dont want to have to do it again, but I would use these guys if we did.

From the thorough evaluation for the in home estimate, to the very professional packing service and movers, to the unpacking service and movers at the destination end, the process went without a hitch. Overall, we were very satisfied with this moving company. The guys that did the move were great! Even when their moving van could not fit into our storage facility and they had to transfer everything to a smaller truck and deal with elevators, there was no extra charge and did it with a very good attitude! I would use them again and fully recommend them.

The movers were fabulous, quick, efficient, polite and helpful. They came early and finished on time. We were totally impressed. Nothing seems to have been damaged and we had a lot that they had to wrap, many pictures with glass and tables with glass tops. If we were to make another move, we would definitely use them.
