Worst ever. Thought our family was making a great choice to save us time with the moving. When I called to verify that they would be delivery our POD on Saturday they said there was no info and nothing scheduled for us that day and no time available to have it delivered until more than a week out. Which just happened to be the day that my monthly charge is up and we get charged for another month. When I voiced how convenient that was for them to be able to charge me another month because they are not staffed appropraitly, they then told me that they would give me daily access to the center for 2 days so that I could go and move my own things. So now I have to move my home from the POD to 30 miles away from green bay. I will NEVER recommend them again or much less use them. I would recommend a local storage unit and save yourself the $$ and hassle of not being able to have your things delivered on the date you requested a month ago.

Andrew and the entire staff made moving so much easier. They were kind and caring, extremely helpful and always did what they said they would do on time. Customer Service A+. Using PODS was the perfect solution for my move, I would highly recommend using them.

This company was awesome in dealing with construction timetable changes and the whims of our banker. Multiple changes to scheduled delivery (and pulling of empties) was managed flawlessly to coordinate with builder, bank and hired moving personnel.
