They suggested that I can take item home with easy set up. Not easy at all, it literally weighed over 500 lbs. Originally it was $125 for set up and delivery, once I realized how heavy and awkward the item was I went back into the office. Now all of a sudden they said it would cost $200 to just pick it up.... No set up, no delivery, just to pick it up...! That is very sleazy, and completely talking advantage of a consumer. Dont you dare tell me its easy then try to charge me 40% more for 1/3 the work.... I will never use them again and I will do my best to deter anybody on this planet to do the same.

Awesome event production company, Becky, Lilly, & Mitch in the office are always friendly and looking to help me with my event. The delivery guys arrived SUPER EARLY and that was a huge relief just knowing the main entertainment was ready to go, the Juggler & Magician the kids enjoyed but nothing like the Glitter Tattoos even the Boys wanted Glitter Tattoos!
