DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!! Just as Kevin wrote their cancellation is system is HORRIBLE and didnt work for me AT ALL! I would have never gone to Orange Theory Fitness if I knew what I know now. After trying a class a couple classes at the Naperville and Orland Park location. I decided not to continue a membership with them; I cancelled according to their policy by going in to the Orland Park location and filled out paperwork. BUT I WAS STILL BILLED FOR ALMOST A YEAR WORTH OF CHARGES! I was not checking the credit card statements and was unaware they were billing me. As soon as I found out I was being billed I called Orland and spoke with Zach, HE TOLD ME THAT REMEMBERED ME CANCELING, he said to me that there was an issue getting some paperwork to the Naperville location, and thats why I was accidently being charged. At the end of the conversation Zach was clear I wouldnt be getting charged anymore, and he would get back to me about the mis-billed months so that it gets refund. After not hearing back from Zach, I reached out to him to see what was going on, AND BECAUSE MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED AGAIN!!!!!!!! , and there was no resolution of the prior months that I was wrongly billed for. I called so many times, one time I talked to a girl working there who told me she wishes she could refund me and that people call the location all the time trying to get refunds from similar situations!!!!!!! After finally getting ahold of Zach, he was not able to help me. So he passed on the email of his regional manager Jen. After several attempted emails to Jen with no reply, I called corporate. Which is a joke to even try to get ahold of anyone there. The corporate operator eventually got me connected with Jen, who was of no help at all. She listened to my story and I sent her emails. She said she would look in to it several times, but she would never get back to me. Jen and Orange Theory havent resolved my issue, and my last email to Jen has gone unanswered. I never received any product or service from them for the time in question. I followed that cancelation policy, Zach remembered me canceling, I was flat out told that there was an issue on their end getting my cancelation papers to Naperville, and I still have no resolution. I have been given the run around for months and I am owed close to a $1000. They are lacking organization, terrible at communication, and have really demonstrated their neglect for customer service through this process. I am so disappointed and would never ever suggest them based upon my experience. SHADY BUSINESS… NOT CARING FOR PEOPLE, JUST WANTING TO COLLECT PEOPLES CREDIT CARDS AND WRONGFULLY BILLING THEM!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! I started OT two years ago and have referred at least 15-20 other patrons. In the good old days when Fabian, George, and Hawk were there everything was really top notch. Customer service (Britney) was excellent and the work outs unique and fun. Last year in December after not being able to get into any classes and half of the best trainers leaving, I decided to take a break. I called to cancel my membership. They informed me I couldnt do it over the phone and asked I come in to sign the form. It wasnt convenient, but I did go in and was given a freeze form. I signed it and figured it was fine. A month later I noticed I was still being charged. I called, they said they would take care of it. 3 months later I noticed the charges still on my statement. I called and again was told they would take care of it. Now 9 months later, I have been charged every single month. Charges to the tune of almost $600. I called and was furious. I spoke with the new manager Bill who told me right away I couldnt be upset because this is the first HE had heard of it... What? He promised to take care of it and call me the next day. He never did. I called 2 days later and asked for Bill and was told he wasnt in. I asked that he call me back. He didnt. 3 days later I called - no answer. I called again, Bill answered. He said he wasnt going to refund my full amount because I signed a freeze form and those are only good for 3 months ( which still wasnt followed- I was charged the whole time). I was so upset at this point and simply asked when I would have my money back. He told me he would call me the next day. It has been another week, no call from Bill. I cant imagine how many people had this happen. There are way better places to go in this city. So shady.

Orange Theory Fitness Naperville (Gartner location) is the absolute best. The workouts are challenging but doable! OTF Napervilles coaches are committed, knowledgable, and kind. Theyre informative, encouraging, and always there to help you modify your workouts to you needs (increasing difficulty or giving options). Ive had coaches seek me out personally a few times to call me out when exercises were too easy for me, advising me to bump up a weight . Or conversely, when moves are challenging reminding me to slow down and focus on correct form. Its been fun attending the classes as a current Exercise Science major because Ive learned about just how productive their classes are. They do a wonderful job of not just telling you what exercises/how many to do but explaining why we do them them (EX: Today is a strength day so youll be seeing some higher weights and lower reps). The mix of rowing, TRX bands, free weights, and treadmill really creates a thorough full body workout. Ive been working out at Orange Theory for three months and have really seen a change in my body that I wasnt able to achieve on my own. Altogether, very very happy to have found OTF!

The friendly, helpful, and energetic staff who keep everyone motivated. I love that the OTF workout can accommodate everyone, regardless of their fitness level. Nobody is ever made to feel like they arent god enough, strong enough, or too old to participate. It takes a lot of courage for someone to walk into a studio that first time because they have decided it was time to make some changes and work towards being healthy and fit. Other gyms I have belonged to welcome you into the community, but unless you purchase all kinds of extra training sessions, usually leave you on your own. I truly believe that this is where so many people get discouraged and ultimately fail. This is what sets OTF apart. New members are embraced, nurtured, challenged, and supported in every workout. You leave each workout feeling accomplished, tired, and wanting more. I know because I was one of those people. Thanks OTF Naperville for all that you do! Your work is important. It changes lives, and it doesnt go unnoticed by your members.

I’ve been to many personal training places over the years. My biggest complaint is that it typically is one on one and does not always inspire me to have the trainer watching my every move. The best part about Orangetheory Fitness in Naperville is that the training session is actually group oriented. Personal Trainers encourage the whole group to perform and by the end you are so fired up you don’t even realize how much time has passed. The workout is scientifically designed to help you build muscle, burn fat, and keep your energy high. I will go no where else for a personal trainer in Naperville. By the end your left feeling like you can conquer the world one workout at a time.
