The facility is awesome, but the General Manager is a douche who has no idea how to deal with customers or run a facility. He hasnt even had manager experience prior; he worked as overnight for 8 months at a different facility. Treat your customers with respect, and leave your personal feelings out of your job. He overloads overnight employees with work and understaffs to save money. Hes anal-retentive and needs to be replaced with someone more suited for this kind of position.

A nice clean gym at a very fair and affordable price. A good place for body shaping and weight training, but should be avoided by overly serious body builders and weight/power lifters. Could use more equipment and options for many muscles and groups, especially lower abdominals. Some of the staff come off as being a bit snooty and stuck up, but others seem to be down to earth. Definitely worth a look if you are looking for a nice, low pressure environment to do your routine.

Planet fitness has a great price, which means either they are charging to little or every other gym is ripping their customers off. Now planet fitness does have many negatives such as dumbbells that go no higher than 75 and no other free weights such as preacher bars or benches. They also have a really really stupid thing called a lunk alarm which really goes off like a police siren. The lunk alarm is the stupidest thing I have ever seen at a gym hands down.

This place looks really good after the recent remodeling. It is absolutely worth $10 a month. I also recently had to cancel since I am moving out of town (new place includes gym), and the process was super friendly and easy. This place is legit. I have never had to wait for a machine (although there are "busy" times). They do a good job of repairing machines and nothing is ever really out for too long. Again, I recommend this place!

The gym is clean and the staff is friendly. The equipment is outdated and reminds me of a gym from the mid 90s. I guess you cant expect much for $10/mo. Dont expect to bring a guest to workout with you and try the gym without having to pay for a $20 day pass. This is the only gym Ive ever seen that doesnt allow a potential new member to try the gym before signing up for a membership. They just lost 2 customers.

I dont care what anyone says about PF, Im a HUGE fan. Im not a juice head so I dont care what some swelled ape says about PF not being a real gym. They have everything I need to keep myself in decent shape. Plenty of cardio options. Free weights. Machines... Free tanning and hydro therapy massage with black card membership. For an average person who just wants to get/stay in shape, you cant beat the place!

Planet fitness is a good place to go work out because they make you feel very comfortable when youa re there. The staff is very friendly and always eager to help or show you any pointers that you need. They have signs througout the facility saying that they do not appreciation gymitimidation and that people shouldnt show off so that anyone regardless of shap or fitness feels okay there.

Awful planet fitness. The tvs looked like they were picked up from someones front lawn. The equipment was not only old and worn out, but not even varied. The gym was dirty and I will never go here again. I am a proud member of planet fitness and have been to many clubs nationwide and this is the first one to not love up to the reputation of the brand. Dont go here. Beware.

One of the better managed and attended to of the Planet Fitness in the area. Following their remodel last year the space has become a little more crowded but they have plenty of parking always, lots of machines and free weights, and a good section for cross fit work. Also a 24/7 & 7 days a week gym which is great for those who work out at odd hours.

I love using the treadmill while watching TV, and they recently added individuals TV for every treadmills and elliptical. They also have treats for every second day of the month. $20 a month and you can bring a friend at all time. Plus, you get to use their tanning, massage chain and other perks if you this membership.Pretty good deal in my opinion

good service but ... 2013 years, in the club who wants to attract people to him TVs older than myself, reception is poor and there is little you can see of treadmill running, despite trials of the playoffs theres no software to watch nba, nhl ... if you enjoy doing something and watch, I would not recommend ...

Wasnt explained to me that the annual fee wouldnt be charged only if you cancel five days or earlier before the charge date, I thought it could be any point before it. Now Im being charged $40 for absolutely nothing, shouldve gotten an email reminder or anything to tell me that it has to be five days.

Ive been going to Planet Fitness in Naperville for the last 8 years. Its always been a great gym and a welcoming atmosphere, but the remodel took it to a new level. New equipment, a beautiful locker room, and the fanciest tanning beds Ive ever seen. Its the best value without a doubt!

This is not my home PF, but I go twice a week when I get a break from work. Nice being the only one their at 230am. The place is newly remodeled and bathrooms are nice and clean. I love the monkey bar/rope room. Definitely the best PF in the Aurora/Naperville area.

Great place to workout at a cheap price. They are currently renovating and just got brand new exercise equipment. Been lifting here for almost 10 years and the staff has always been friendly and kept a clean gym and good atmosphere for anyone to workout in.

In general, this is a good gym - clean, friendly staff, and mostly organized, and have everything I need, *except*, the hair driers are not all functioning in the ladies locker room, and its been a few months that nothing has been done to fix them.

Affordable, generally not too crowded. Clean, meathead-free. You slam weights, you sound an alarm- seriously. Staff is friendly. Locker rooms are fine. 16+ treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, free weights and isolation machines.

The price and hours are the only selling points unless you really love machines. Dumbbells only go to 65lbs and theres only a single barbell with no squat or power racks or press benches.

Good for the cost. Old owners didnt do much as far as updating. Recently purchased by new owners (Owners of other Planet Fitness franchises) so I believe its to be renovated soon.

Great value at $10 per month. Can get busy in the morning but open 24hrs. Great selection of machine and free weights as well as treadmills and elliptical machines.

Low key workout environment, and the space was recently renovated with new machines. Fewer brodudes than at some other local gyms, so thats really nice too.

Clean gym, new equipment, great atmosphere. I only gave it four stars because I wish they had more barbells, as those are often in use.
