Because of the nature, of this tiny store being managed by only one person it can be difficult and aggravating when he is on the phone. what happened to customers come first. and then there is the line rule. i got skipped by some one behind me because they had a smaller order. so today proved to be a bad experience for me but thats all it takes when i see miss management.

Very bad customer service experience. The lady acts as if she was doing me a favor. I walked out and took my business to another location. If you have self respect, dont go there.

I went there just for sending the fax and they put me in the line for 15 minutes. What a shame. Plus they charge me $2.00 for one page.
