The worst experience with any delivery service I have experienced in my 27 years in business. I have personal items delivered to my office because it is easy. Not this time with Fed Ex Home Services... They delivered to an office with an inside delivery area...they left 3 "we were here" notifications but no package. They could have left the package at my neighbor, a vision center. Or, they could have left it at the door. That is what the commercial division of Fed Ex does. UPS does the same thing. They refused to deliver a 4th time and told me that I could pay $12.00 to have the package rerouted to another address. I went back to the direct mail house and told them to figure this out. I wasted over 2 hours of my time. Fed Ex Management...you are to be ashamed of the service and customer service you give to Home Service. I will tell everyone I know about this because your people on the phones do not care. What a shame for all of us. I told my retailer to find a new shipping source. I am sure I am not the only complaint.

They are really rude when they receive the call for inquires. I dont even know they care about the rating because its not something the customers can puck which station they want to be delivered by but still if some issues occur they need to be more professional. What kind of customer service rep. Would say how could the driver deliver to you when he didnt have the access? Without saying sorry at all. Like not at all. It is not my fault the driver did not access the door and cant make the delivery. He could have left on the door or leave in the mailbox room as they have always done to me. Now i will go to the station which is about 15 miles away from to pick up the package because i do need it today and wont wnna go through same stuff all over again tomorrow.

The WORST! Ordered something perishable and they couldnt even get it together so I could pick it up from the warehouse. Nevermind that they were asked to leave the package and they didnt... even thought no signature was required. Nevermind that I was home and they didnt ring my bell. Nevermind that that I happened to call when they had literally left my door step 25 minutes before and they couldnt contact the driver because they did not have his phone number. FedEx used to be the diamond class of delivery but this is the pits. Avoid if at all possible.

Bad very bad customer service everyone lies for each other and even the supervisors we will have someone to you today and the day never came until I had to get in my car to pick my package also had me waiting at home all day 2 days in a row and still no show after calls after calls he will be there and then at 8pm driver is gone home if any orders made online and they ship through FedEx I will cancel my order

They claim to have tried to deliver my package 2 days which they never did because I was home at the time. Also they claimed they would deliver it by 8pm on a Friday which they didnt and when I called them again they said it want ever sent out to me today. MORONS IDIOTS!!!!!

They claimed to have delivered my package but not truck came to my house and no one buzzed to enter the building. Also, building security camera doesnt have ANY Fed-ex delivery in on file for that day. Something shady
