Chaotic, completely unprofessional, rude & incompetent service! I used the services here as I did not want to deal with the laziness and attitudes of the Post Office, hindsight... I probably should have. I shipped more than $200 in about 5 different visits with the place. The first encounter was pleasant as there was one girl working and it was not busy. However as continued to came back the owner, Sherry, I believe was present along with another girl and each time the service got more chaotic. All receipt are handwritten and prone to errors. Among three people working, each passed my packages around each other at least twice, forgetting what to do, forgetting contents that should be inside the box (so they had to be reopened and resealed). Their idea of "it being busy" is 3 customers in store at once and they cant function well. When they cannot get tracking information online they "claim" they will call back. In my case I had to call twice in one day, only to be put on hold for 10+ minutes and hung up on. When they finally called back, I asked about a prepaid Fedex package I left with them that was a 2 day shipment. They stated if I didnt pay the $2 tracking fee with them they cant do anything. So I asked for clarification, if I dropped a package with them, they do not know whether it went out or not, in that exchange the owner got loud and interrupted me and when I said, "excuse me, if Im talking as your customer and youre talking then youre not listening" then she hung up. I immediate went up there and it was virtually the same exchange of her talking another customers package irrelevant to mine, yelling and not listening. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to this place, just deal with the major shippers and get instant tracking on real print outs, this will save you from chaotic, completely unprofessional, rude & incompetent service!

THE OLDER LADY IS VERY RUDE AND PREJUDICE, I NEEDED MY CHILDS PROOF OF ADDRESS NOTARIZE AND THE FIRST TIME I CAME IN SHE DID IT WITH NO PROBLEM, HOWEVER I NEEDED TO GET A SECOND ONE DONE FOR MY OTHER CHILD SO SHE ASKS FOR MY ID I GIVE IT TO HER AND THEN SHE STATES THAT MY ADDRESS DONT MATCH MY PAPERWORK THEN SHE WENT ON TO SAY THAT SHE CONTACTED THE SCHOOL AND THEY STATED THAT I NEEDED TO PROVE MY ADDRESS, FIRST OF ALL YOU WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BECAUSE IF YOU WERE GOING TO CONTACT THE SCHOOL ABOUT MY PERSONAL AFFAIRS I SHOULD HAVE BEEN PRESENT. SHE GOT REALLY SNOTTY WHEN I MADE THIS STATEMENT AND MADE THE COMMENT THAT SHE DONT HAVE TO DO IT AND SHE PUT MY PAPERWORK BACK ON THE COUNTER. AND YOU RIGHT MAAM YOU DONT BUT YOU CAN ALSO TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT ALL I WANTED WAS TO REGISTER MY CHILDREN FOR SCHOOL, BUT YOU KNOW HAD I BEEN WHITE YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER CONTACTED A THIRD PARTY TO VERIFY THEIR INFORMATION SO THEY KIDS CAN GET IN SCHOOL. I went there with my friend today to check out the stores inventory of plushes to see what I wanted for my birthday. The rude lady asked us if we needed help and we said "No, were just looking around." Then she asked us if we had money. Of course we didnt because we were only looking to see if we could buy something. She then said, "If youre not buy anything, get out through that door." Im never going to that place ever again. Ive seen more reviews of this horrible post office that are similar to mine. You better not try to defend yourself because its pointless. If you ever want to sell something, you never will with the rude lady who works there. I recommend you to fire that lady or your business is practically doomed. I really dislike this post office in all ways possible. EDIT: Oh really? We never shoplifted and the police were never there. If they were, I obviously wouldnt be able to write this review.

Extremely unprofessional! Rude! They misquoted my daughter on timeline for USPS mail. Trying to tell her if she didn’t purchase priority it could take a month maybe even 2, to get there! We’re talking 2 states over!!! Give me a break! She proceeded to say that was her experience… we’ll she can have it!!! I don’t trust her service if that’s the case. When I called her out it she just kept talking over me. Didn’t want to hear what I had to say… Kept quoting priority pricing. Proceed to hang up me. I retrieved my mail and will never go there for service again.

Worse experience ever. The lady there was rude and very unprofessional swearing at us cuz she took my package n put it in the wrong mail box. Then proceeded to tell us that its not her problem. I had to call the cops to get answers When they showed up she started to lie to them saying that she never seen me before even tho I had paperwork from her. If there was a negative star she would get -5 stars. Avoid at all cost. She almost cost me over $2600. Acting like a little child.

The customer service at this place is far less than stellar. The salesperson had a nasty attitude and was not very helpful. The day after dropping off my package, I called back because the tracking number hard to read and again the salespersons attitude was nasty. She was too lazy to even try to help. Id never patronize this "business" again regardless of its convenience.

Not sure about all the negative reviews. I had (2) packages to drop off. One already had a pre-printed label. The other I needed to send. The package was promptly weighed and measured, and I was given the price and estimated delivery time of the cheapest carrier. No fuss, no mess and the price was what I approximated online.

This place was outstanding. They are the only post office / UPS / DHL anywhere close by. I am disappointed that the USPS website does not list this place as a place that services USPS. Support local business, they are the backbone of the economy. P.S. the woman who worked there was very friendly and helpful.

I stopped in to send a fax and the and the nice lady who serviced me will defiantly have my business for any future Copies and Package drop offs since they do UPS, DHL, and FedEx. The pleasant atmosphere and unique old fashion candy, drinks, and trinkets where nice to have the kids enjoyed it too.

Helped me with the return of AT&T Uverse equipment. Very nice and knowledgeable. Referred me to a store in the area that could accept the return for free rather than charging me for shipping. Made sure I had the proper documentation before going to the other location.
