I left home with an expired drivers license. A no-no in this day and age. I had managed to make it through the first flight and other places where an ID was required but was nervous about my return flight. Fortunately I was able to renew online and got an email with a PDF with a temporary license image. The hotel I was at had no print facility (!) so I stopped by here on the way to the airport. I had hard-copy in 5 minutes! The person that helped me was new but she still knew enough to get this all taken care of quickly. I used the cutter they had to trim out the actual license and was on my way. About $10 worth of service for 72 cents. It paid off too - they were much more critical of proper ID on the way home. I still had to show my "official" expired ID and a credit card to get through TSA.

1st experience, very good. Sent a collegue back the next day - many problems, as it seems the staff is not trained properly. We were over-charged, told we needed to speak with a manager, left two messages on two occasions for the manager, never received a call back. On the third attempt, spoke to a manager who was rude and defensive - I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went there to print something. Printers are not working, computers are from the 90th and the keyboard was so old and dirty i didnt want to touch it. I couldnt print the document, printer didnt work properly. However, the lady who worked there was trying to help, i guess it is not her fault that FedEx doesnt want to take care of this problem.

Ive been here a few times over the weekend. A gentleman by the name of Omari and an Asian lady were there. Still cant figure out who was more indifferent and unhelpful. Now drive a bit further to go to another Fedex

The staff is always happy to help me pack and ship any item, no matter how bulky or difficult to package. They also offer assistance with copying and computer work stations.
