If i could give it no stars i would they said that the package is scheduled to arrive by 8:00 pm i took a day off from work because it was a very important package so i waited all day i mean litterally all day i didnt leave the house at all, at 09:00 pm i called the fedEx shipment center skokie il they said that they were there arround 04:30 pm so i go outside to check and for sure the Door Tag was laying on the floor so the driver never rang the door bell. So the next day i had to call work and say i was gonna be late and i had to go and pick up the package myself. They need to do something about this place.

I cant believe how lazy these delivery drivers are. I was home for two days in a row when they attempted to deliver my package, a very expensive package mind you. They didnt bother to leave a door tag. I called and they said the driver rang the bell and even knocked. I highly doubt that seeing as I was in the front room all morning when said attempt happened. Sure my street was blocked off because of a festival but I live 4 houses from the corner. I guess they couldnt be bothered to walk. I will surely avoid using fedex in the future and would also tell people to avoid them.

I WAS HOME! The delivery person did not bother to ring the buzzer and left a Door Tag informing me that "For a successful delivery" I must "Be present for delivery." Excuse me!? Do you expect me to wait on the doorstep between your hours of operation? Not only has this happened MULTIPLE times, but each time I had specifically paid EXTRA for rush delivery. To say that I am livid is an understatement. If they can go through the trouble of getting out of the van and putting a sticker on my door, you would THINK it wouldnt be too much for them to RING A DOORBELL!

This place never delivers my packages. This is especially annoying because.by the time I come to pick them up for myself, I might as well go to walmart or best buy to get whatever it was that I ordered which in many cases completely defeats the purpose. I just had to come back and edit this review. Only one day after I wrote this review, these guys failed to deliver yet another package. They are so completely worthless its almost funny. I would go complain, but I am more tempted to apply for a job here considering how little work Id apparently have to do.

Horrible service. Said the package would be there at 8pm so i waiting by the door till 9pm. Checked the next morning and it says they attempted the delivery at 10:59pm!! And never updated me so i supposedly missed them. That was a friday so now i have to go get my package unless i want to wait until Monday. Who says ill even get it then with the way they work

Im waiting to have a very important document to be delivered, stood diligently next to my buzzer, which never went off, only to go downstairs to find that your delivery guy didnt even bother to buzz my apartment and left an attempted delivery sticker there. Pretty terrible service when your one job is to literally deliver a package. You guys are a joke.

Took off from work to wait for an important package today. I put a large sign on the door for FedEx to ring the doorbell but of course they lied and said they came and that no one was home. Route 428 on July 20 just do your job, I wont put your name out there but horrible work ethic. By the way you didnt even leave a tag stating that you had come.

Not sure why there are all these bad reviews. Went here to ship three very large boxes. They were a little short staffed that morning, and we needed to repack one of the boxes, but the employee was very nice and patient and also went very thoroughly through the different shipping options and arrival times. I had a very smooth experience here

The driver pulled up to my house with the "sorry we missed you sticker" ready in his hand, he didnt ring the doorbell and ran to his truck and took off before u could get to the door. I called FedEx to request pick up for the following day, I get here and my package is out for delivery. Amazing service as always.

They were a little short staffed in the morning but the person behind the counter was able to manage everybody at the same time very effectively and the facility even noted my mistake on the address and still held my package at the facility as I had requested. Im very pleased with the customer service.

had to drive 45 minutes to this place for a pickup while there was another 24-hour FedEx shipping location just 5 minutes away. when i inquired about it, the person behind the counter loudly said, "because of the zip code!" and walked away. i am glad i am not a regular customer at this location.

Stores have nothing to with bad drivers. This place is usually quiet and fast to be in and out. Its simply a drop center so you wont find many services, but for dropping off packages, especially prepaid, this is a great place. Its much better than going to busy locations in shopping plazas.

I took the day off of work to receive a package that requires a signature. Delivery driver did not even attempt to ring the buzzer to my apartment, as I was here all day. Lost wages + incompetence + inaccessibility of ship center to many Chicagoans = 0 stars. Use UPS or USPS.

I been Waitin for my package for 3 days now they left one attempt note and every since I been downstairs Waitin for my package and wen I track it they said they delivered it but I be already downstairs and never see them some of these workers are lazy and need to be fired

When I called customer service they reported that the driver attempted a delivery when no one stopped at my apartment at any point in the day or even left a door tag. This office conducts its business in a disgusting fashion.

Service is incredibly slow and condescending. Which might have passed for barely tolerable had they provided exceptional service but NOT when my reason for coming here was that THEY screwed up my delivery in the first place.

Awesome service and easy to work with. Probably the most reliable branch in the area for Skokie. I go out of my way to drive here to ship all my stuff. Because I know it will be done right the first time.

They never did my deliveries right way. 2 times I had to pick up my packages cause they didnt call or ring bell on delivery. And once they just left my package on a street!! Luckily nobody stole it

They never knock. Latest package was sent overnight. 4 days later, delivery is still not scheduled and the package is still sitting in the Skokie office. Service is lacking, to say the least.

They do not deliver to apartments in Lake View. Even when given instructions of delivery, they stick a tag and then you have to drive all the way out to Skokie (if you have a car)
