I paid extra money to have a couple of banners delivered to my place of business. I especially opened early to ensure it would arrive. At around 10:30 AM the mail carrier designated to my route came and went with no package. I asked and he said he didnt have anything. I figured it would arrive later in the day. Nothing. At around 7 PM on 12/20, the day it was scheduled to arrive, I checked the status update and it noted that no one was at location to sign for package. I was pretty ticked off to find that out. I own a corner store and saw no one with a package and never once closed the door to the place. I went online and scheduled a redelivery. Opened shop early again in anticipation, mail carrier came and went, no knowledge of package phoned this post office and said it was noted as out for delivery...noon came and went, 2PM, finally 3PM came and still no package. I called the post office again, spoke to a woman, took down my information and clearly said she would get back to me with a full update. Finally, half an hour before close on 12/21, still no returned call, I called them. Ms. Johnson, the branch manager answered, shared my concern and she replied in the most condisending tone. "Cant help you, youre just gonna have to wait, its no in the system, and she will get back to you, sir, but not today. We have to wait until closing to see where we stand and call you back." I asked her if it would be today, she said no, were closing. Youre gonna have to wait until tomorrow. Itll be three days and still no package, a delivery I paid $30 for to ensure its timely delivery. When I asked if I would be reimbursed or compensated, she laughed and said no. Cant help you there. Well, shortly after I called the USPS Customer Service number, the young lady took my case #, info, and narrative, and apologized for everything. She even mentioned that though it is the holidays, it should have arrived there on time seeing that I paid $30 for it. Well see what happens...

Absolutely the most rudist people Ive EVER encountered. They all seem like they hate their lives and jobs and therefore make any customer miserable as well. Went in to explain what I was trying to figure out about my package. Before I was even able to explain, she cut me off about 5 times screaming do you have your tracking number, after I gave up trying to explain what I needed to know. I said yes and she said put that number in on our website and itll tell you what you need to know. I was blown away on not only that answer but the attitude. I went back that same day as online DID NOT give me the answer I needed. I got a new person who was even ruder, after telling her that my package was there, if I could pick it up before it gets shipped tomorrow and she said NO. Absolutely didnt try to look it up or even find it in the system. Im switching to FEDEX every shipping opportunity I have. The absolute worst customer service ever. And all the people with language barriers trying to talk to them the best they could were being treated like scum. I was just being mortified by this location. They need new staffing ASAP!

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, if you have any intention to come to this location do not ask them any questions because theyre useless. I asked her what do I do because I never use mailing service, she said grab an enveloped from other there then she yelled NEXT. Then I said what kind she said go to the end of the line. Long story short she handled that situation awfully, she wouldnt stamp it nor send it for me. She said take it home fill it out and send it in. I told her I dont wanna write a return address because I dont want who Im sending it to, to know it. Rude customer service off the bat I cant believe that I went 4 times threw that line and 40 mins of my life wasted just because of her. I went to the USPS up the road and she stamped it for me and said that I didnt need to buy stamps. She stamped it and its in the mail now.

Freaking terrible, there delivering mail directly from peoples property, ash,stonery,corner wall history account registration of the property from the religion C.I.A markings there ,I knew (3but) forgot ,man do the different levels of government agency get over on people, just imagine what was really going on,then the great white ash tree where paper is made is a familys tree ancestors of mine just imagine how I felt seeing her going in everybodys box and her families going through sum thing ,Sincerely, a concerned neighborhood watch neighbor who peeped the shish.then why is that post office, did they fail-two mention is the mail itself{whom it is resource as

This is what happens when USPS hire nothing but chicago ghetto trash you get a ghetto service! do yourself a favor and dont ship anything expensive with this clowns because chances are they will lose your package. The mailman are lazy and yes they are Black and Lazy as Hell. Try using USP you get more peace of mind knowing that you will get your package on time and not having a monkey jerking around with your mail they dont like hispanics and will treat you like garbage......DON"T BOTHER WITH THOSE STINKING GHETTO TRASH Nig@s!

La peor experiencia en una oficina de este tipo. Parece como si los clientes les estuvieramos pidiendo favores a esas señoras dèspotas. Sin clase ni ganas de atender a la gente. Ups y Fedex son lo mejor. Lo bueno que yo no perdí el buen humor esta vez ;)

Terrible service! My first time applying for a passport, really excited, walked out angry! The lady with glasses was very sarcastic with other guests, and the other lady, after asking that she was gonna "check" my application to make sure I had everything, was very rude telling me she already told me organize everything. Too worried about their lunches, and how they are treated better in downtown and how they are gonna ask to work there instead. All while my application was being processed. They ruin my experience.

Employees here are so rude. I do not recommend. They always have something to say back. I asked the lady with glasses and very very short hair that I had a question on one spot for my passport and she said "Thats none of your business" It obviously is my business if Im signing up for a passport. Point is theyre always trying to argue here. It is a waste of your damn time to be honest. Lazy and rude. Never again would I like to go to a place like this. They do not deserve a job like this.

This USPS station has the worst management ever. Letter carriers other than my regular carrier throw sale papers on the vestibule floor in our multi unit apartment building rather than placing them in the mailboxes where US mail belongs. We have a polite sign posted asking that they do not place them on the floor but they persist. Calls to the manager and emails to USPS glean no results. It is frustrating that they are so trifling.
