Customer service in this location is HORRIBLE ! either they need to start hiring better people or they will continue to lose customers! How is it possible they put me on hold and talked to me like I was from the streets. You low life people that work here need to start understanding what customer service is. And I will call corporate and let them know. If you want your package to get to the destition DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION

Postal worker (who is taking over for our regular postman whom is on vacation) tampered with my Bank Statement making the Routing and Bank account number perfectly visible. Anyone who would have even glanced at the envelope before this temp delivered it would have flagged it immediately. Following up with Postal and then Federal Inspection. Full intent to prosecute. This person should not be anywhere near a USPS.

New postal worker keeps delivering mail to the wrong address. I have called to let the postmaster know about this yet it continues to happen... I dont know what happened to the other postal worker but I know this never happened before....
