When my regular carrier is out, our mail service is a disaster. I either receive no mail, someone elses mail or they lose my mail entirely. That includes my paycheck. Calling to complain does no good. I had to chase a temporary carrier down because I saw him put my package in my mail box only to take it out and drive away. When I caught up to him he wouldnt give me my package. I called his supervisor and he made him come back to my house to deliver my package. At this point I feel like Im being targeted for complaining.

Great job at the post office AGAIN! Dont bother tracking a package its not updated and if you call you wont get a real person to help. Why am I paying the U.S. government to deliver packages when you wont know when they will be delivered. I guess you must quit your job and stay home and wait for the delivery. Its the only way you will receive you package not knowing when it is arriving Thanks Again, Post office

Mailed 55 wedding invitations for my sons wedding here, 11 never have been delivered or returned to sender. Two invitations sent to the exact same address for two different people, one was delivered one was MAILED to the return address. Not returned to, MAILED to the sender! Nightmare! Talked to the supervisor, he looked at me like I had six heads, no help at all. Avoid this post office.

This is not my first time that this hapend. My package got Lost. Delivery tracking showing package was delivered, but i do not reveive it. Usps was noticed . This is a waist of time to write about this . Couple years ago everytnig was Ok , now they change workers , and not first time i lose my package .

My college diploma was coming first class in the mail.... The package clearly said in bold DO NOT FOLD IMPORTANT DOCUMENT. The mail lady bent it and put it in my mailbox because she was too lazy to bring it to the door. Now Im stuck with a bent paper and no resolution.

Sent a package out 2 weeks ago still has not gotten it insured for 30.00 on my way back to post office to find out where or who has it
