I cant stand this location. Ive lived here all my life. Unfortunately, every year this place gets worse. They never answer the phone. They give you a hard time about everything- no matter how simple your request is. Ive started to have problems with them not delivering all of my mail (as if its being stolen- which is HIGHLY ILLEGAL). The staff are all ignorant, dont care, are completely rude, and are very racist. Almost all the staff are black and noticeably treat white customers very poorly. To their own color, theyre still sometimes rude, but definitely not as bad. Its absolutely ridiculous and I wish they would fire every worker there! The only workers that are nice are they delivery men in the trucks themselves. Theyre actually quite wonderful, very friendly, and have good personalities. THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS.

When I first moved here, I got a nasty letter telling me to put my name on the mail box, so I did. Been here for almost two years, and today a package didnt get delivered because the mail lady claimed my name wasnt on my box. Went out to double check and it still was visibly on there. Not sure what her problem is but Ive had nothing but issues with her. Also when Ive gone to the post office to try and mail something, they were nothing but rude. They really need to take a look at their employees. I go out of my way to go to either Mokena or Frankfort post offices, because of not wanting to deal with their rudeness.

The last time I went through the Post Office website to stop my mail for vacation, it was never registered and thankfully my neighbor bagged our mail and kept it for two weeks. I called our local post office and spoke to Ms. Rogers who apologized for the problem last year, and took the time to personally drive to our residence to complete the proper card to stop and start our mail. She treated me with up most respect and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She could teach the people that answer the general number for all locations how better to do their jobs....

I called regarding a package that was received at the Tinley Park Posy Office location. I placed the call at 4:50pm. I spoke with a lady who placed me on hold for over 10min. She stated she was going to check the tracking number. I called back at 5:01PM only to find out their phone service is closed. There have been many instances where I was treated with disrespect at the post office and this tops the list. They really need to clean this place up and it starts at the top.

So unbelievably rude! All of the sudden after being in my home for almost a year and receiving mail with no incident, they decided to stop delivering my packages citing that I have moved and left no forwarding address. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly rude and did the bare minimum to figure out what was going on. They also told me my packages are gone and they cant do anything about it. Sorry to bother you by asking that you do the job you are being paid for USPS employees.

Enola (employee name) gives terrible customer service. She is not friendly and does not help you with any quesitons you may have. I was there on 09/28/2013 to pick up a package and she had this very unfriendly face and refused to help me, I did had the proper identification to pick up the package, but she just refused to see it. I have been there many times and the other employees are nice and try to help me all the time, but this one, she is just horrible.

I called in today to ask some questions. The woman who answered was very rude. She cut me off more than once (while I was speaking), so I asked for her name. She said it was Kelly. She never apologized once I asked her to stop interrupting me so I could explain what I needed. Once I did she transferred me. Customer service is being polite, not acting like someone is bothering you when this is our job.

Horrible facility and workers. This place is horrible. Mail is sometimes never delivered, many of my packages are lost and never even leave here for delivery. You guys are awful and I want answers to why you guys cant do your god damn job right. Also, the new black male that delivers to me is nasty and rude.

Worst Post Office! The employees are the most unhappy ppl to deal with. They act like they are bothered by you even walking in the door. Poor slow service. Only good thing is there is a 24/7 self serve machine. I dont know how these ppl.get away with having a government job and be so nasty to customers.

I personally never had a problem with this post office and have been using it for 6 years. The staff is always friendly and respectful to the customers, I have never, in the 6 years at this post office, witnessed them, the staff, be disrespectful even when faced with rude customers.

I did a change of address a month before I moved (July, 2017) and my mail is still going to my old address. I moved from Tinley Park more than 3 weeks ago. The people that bought my home are more aggravated than I am.

I havent had any issues at the Tinley Park post office, in terms of friendliness or efficiency. I just made a call into them today, and the person I spoke with, was pleasant and handled my issue.
