In my opinion the woman who work at this post office need a lesson in customer service! I have worked for a mail company myself and understand the stress involved, but there is a thing called common courtesy. I have had two separate occasions that I have had to work with the Oak Forest PO on. Both times the employees that I have spoken to have been rude and unhelpful. Instead of handling an issue themselves they pass it off to another employee. I have waited on answers to simple questions with only the response of " The person you need to talk to is on vacation." From now on will be going elsewhere for any post office needs I may have.

Very bad exp. with this post office my company was sending me my paycheck by mail priority mail scheduled to be at my house by 1 pm I called at 2 pm to ask what was wrong im expecting some important mail, they told me I did not have my regular mail person it was someone new and that I would be getting my mail today, so I waited come 430 pm I call back the mail never came what is wrong she said they had very little mail and sent every one home early I NEVER GOT MY MAIL 4-22-15 THEY HURT MY FAMILY VERY BADLY!!!! ON TRACKING THIS MAIL IT WAS THERE SITTING....ON THE EXACT DATE MY COMPANY SAID THEY SENT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor customer service. Would not recommend to stop here and waste your time. Stefani who works there was unprofessional and rude. She asked me for proof address which I showed her on electricity bill, then she started to act unprofessional and told me letter is too old which was couple weeks old. What??? Showed her electricity bill which was available to view online as pdf file as she replied to me we do not except proof of address via phone. What?? Its 21 first century. Finally had to go back to the house and pick up physical letters that I received same day with my address. Wasted so much time just for this!

so here it is 5:39 and we have no mail yet...This has been going on for months...We had an excellent mail carrier Kurt, he would be here by 10 am...I have called and complained the guy answered the phone was very rude..Maybe he was tired of hearing complaints...Oh well thats your job...Anyway I live on Catalina Drive in case the post office wants to know who the carrier is not doing their job...Most of the time they are on the cell phone...

I prefer going to this branch because the employees are always helpful and my packages are never as damaged as when they go through Tinley Park or Orland Park. They even try to get to know their regulars which makes it less like Im just a number standing in line. Laverna is the best though!! If you can, go to her :) Shes nice and shell talk to you to find out what your needs are and how to best suit them!!

Mail carrier does a half-assed job. Stops at my box but doesnt bother to pick up outgoing mail (although flag is up). And, consistently drives on an area that is like grass to grow, but he cant seem to pull into the road!!!

The mail carrier is horrible. He/she is always putting my mail in my neighbors box and hers in my box. Been here for almost five years and the whole time, Ive gone through that.
