Amazing USPS branch. Very prompt and courteous for the most part. We all have bad days from time to time (if you dont, stop doing drugs) and from my experiences at the branch and at our mailbox, I have never experienced a better government postal experience. I have lived in Ohio, California, Tennessee, Virginia and other states and out of all the actual employees and postmaster, this one takes my spot for number one. Where else do you find a post office where the employees take pride in their work And their customers, knowing many of them by name and taking caring interest in their needs and wants? ***** A definite plus to living in the Hoenwald area. The employees are caring enough to take the time to explain what is happening to the best of the post offices rules and ability. Had a package being delivered via the FedEx/USPS thing (might have been surepost), the package delivery day was odd considering the ship date and location two states over and the employee who answered the phone helped me understand what was happening, allaying my concern. Thanks, Namaste

I think it looks bad when people post things about a postal employee without knowing the situation. Walk in their shoes, act upon sudden situations, have to make snap judgement in 2 seconds. Im sure they dont purposefully act in a rash manner just for the heck of it. There was a reason for their actions. They dont know what they are walking up on. Overall, I am very pleased with the postal service. Courteous, knowledgable, prompt, pleasant employees.

Your employee shot and killed a pet. Wendell Kelley needs to be put on leave if not fired for such an act. There is NO way it could have been self defense, I read his "reason" I truly hope you fire this person who went postal on a pet before he goes postal on you

I really dont understand why this post office would employ a man who shoots a little girls dog in right in front of her. Wendell Kelley should be fired.
