Waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered to a business address, where post man comes and goes every day. Package was supposed to be delivered 7/25 and it is now 7/28 and post man has arrived already and still no package. And When I try calling no number works, and when they do answer they are extremely rude. Maybe its best to just close down an office when its not working properly.

And you wonder why this service is going bankrupt? No mail yesterday . We always know when our regular mail person is not working. Last week our mail and that of the other residents in the apartment building was thrown to the floor of the vestibule. The regular woman on our route is fabulous. The service rates NO STARS.

This place sucks from the carrier to the top managers. I placed hold mail while abroad my neighbor called me saying your mailbox is flooded with mail.called the manager never even called me back.
