Worst customer service. Beware the carriers who deliver your packages steal your items. They tape back up the tampered box and deliver you an empty one. I still have yet to hear from the supervisor Mr. Mcall. He looked nervous when I showed up with my empty box. He ensured me that he would look into it by checking who was working that route. I told him I would be able to recognize the male employee who delivered it because two packages were delivered the same day. One required a signature so I had an interaction with him. I unfortunately didnt see that one of the packages was tampered as it was placed upside down. If you have a complaint about their service or want to report any misconduct please call corporate like I did. I also complained with the inspector general of usps. I advise to follow these steps otherwise if you just speak to the manager he or she will do nothing. I highly suspect that this particular manager is aware of the theft the carriers are doing. They will not look into the matter or do any type of investigation. If youre shipping an item do not use usps. If youre getting something shipped or buying online pay for extra shipping to ensure another carrier delivers your package like UPS or FedEx. I also ran into a review on here where a person has seen a male employee steal packages and was placing the packages into a none usps vehicle and the other car just took off. I cant stress enough do not waste your time calling the supervisor and they are most likely aware that this is happening. Call corporate and call the general inspector of usps. I highly suspect that management is aware of the theft, they either are benefiting from the stolen goods or simply dont care. I cant stress enough call corporate and the inspector general of usps. Dont waste your time calling the supervisor from this location as they will do nothing.

Terrible! Postal Office workers are rude and ignorant. i tried to complain about a delivery man who yelled at me and threatened me while roughly snatching MY package from my grasp. This for having already complained about him. (Terrible worker and a worse attitude) In the span of a week, the post office either had no manager or a new one every day. Needless to say, no one would talk to me about this and i had to "get over it". B.S. I tried to call the police because i was threatened and well, he knows where I live. Unfortunately, the Post Master General would have this jurisdiction and they werent any help wither. They loose mail all the time. They never ring the doorbell or knock to deliver packages so I end up going to this horrid place anyway. I just had to call the Office of Sec of State because they returned my State I.D as address unknown but my drivers license, with the same exact address was delivered (thank Goodness for small favors). The address is correct. I know where i live. Go figure. I could go on and on but i wont. That is all -

Terrible service, rude and lazy employees. Ive had to go to Berwyn, even though I live a few blocks away from this post office because of the terrible service I receive every time. This last time I went in to get my picture taken and turn in my application for a passport and they said they couldnt do it. They shooed me away and told me to do it online. I told them on their website it shows they can do it there if I bring all the paperwork and they didnt want to help me. They didnt want to give me a reason why, they just refused service for no reason. A few days later, my husband went in person to turn in his application for a passport and they did it for him on the spot. They only work when they feel like it, which is not very often. HR or whoever is hiring these people should check again, hire people who actually want to do their job right.

Where should I start 1.We never get our mail on time. 2.They never put it in our mail slot, we find it on the sidewalk. 3.I have ordered several items and never received them. 4. The people in the post office are rude and lazy. 5. Complaining and complaints are useless. 6. Cant forget the lazy postal truck driver that delivers packages. He will sit on the streets for hours at a time and not deliver anything. Hes the one stealing the packages. I saw him load packages into a car that pulled up behind him. I have call on him and nothing has been done. They need to fire everyone in there and hired new fresh people. I guess having a gravy government job is awesome. Lazy as hell . I wish I could give 100 negative stars.

One of the ladys on the desk always have an attitude with me for no good reason(she has big eyes & hair up to her shoulder). Even when I talk to her nice & say please & thank you, she stays the same. One time I ordered makeup & I was not home when the package got delivered. Had to go to the post office to pick it up & I brought the notice paper with me, the same lady told me I need proof of address to pick it up. Had to walk all the way back home & bring a piece of mail only for a different employee to tell me that I dont need proof, just my ID WHICH I already had with me the first time I went. Smh! I really hate going here.

The worst postal office in all Chicagoland ! I never get my packages , every time Ive bought something online Ive to be chasing my packages because I swear the people working here are useless, they always mark my packages been delivered but never do , I have always have to come to this piece of garbage office to pick up my mail !! I wish somebody will pay attention to all this complains and do something about it , its not fair these people get paid to deliver our mail and they cant even do that right !!

When a customers CALLS to make sure a certain service is able, & they are supposed to be given a simple correct answer, yes? Then tell me why Ive called twice this past week, to make sure a passport issuance was available, why am I wasting my time coming here for them to then tell me that they arent set for the service, because they are training people for it, & to go to berwyn?? If you would have said that phone, I repeat I would have no wasted my time.

The workers at the post office are rude and slow and act as if we are bothering them. The surrounding area outside the building is also unappealing there are weeds in the landscaping and trash everywhere, that never seems to be picked up. The inside lobby is not much better. The mail delivery is even worse, our mail is thrown up the steps and on the ground. We do have a mailbox. There are a couple of good deliverers, but most are just plain lazy.

Never had a problem with my mail today I found my mail in my yard they just threw it like it was a newspaper, I it wasnt the regular mailman give him 5 stars but who ever took his place yesterday Sucks who do I report this to. Today 2 8 2017 I got an email from amazon that an attempted to deliver a package usps so called left a message in my mailbox bullssssshhhhhiiiiiiit guess Ill have to call and complain about that now.
