My mail carrier of the last few years quit because of the management at this post office. By the way, she was very good at her job. Now I do not receive my mail. Although I did pick up a crumpled bill from my sidewalk earlier this week. I have tried to call to ask where my mail went but they dont answer the phone. I am about to go there and ask. I am sure the answer will be as insufficient as their delivery. I just returned from the post office. I didnt wait long, told a supervisor, my problem and was told it would be rectified. I was expecting a long wait, and an unsatisfying response.

Ive been here a couple of times and its usually super busy and 1 person working at the counter. I went to pick up my package because it arrive at the location and really needed it and the lady up front told me that it hadnt arrive yet and I showed her the tracking number proving it was at the facility and she still didnt want to get it for me. She was very rude to me and I even called before to make sure I would be able to pick it up and not waste my time.

Always busy, very crowded, you can have ypur passport application done there very rude people there just a few are nice, i went there in 2015 and the lady manager or someone that was in the back dressing different than the employees was very very rude as always, i havent been back ever since.

Worst location ever! There are literally 10 parking spots here with no alternative parking space nearby, not to mention how tight the space is to begin with. They move like sloths so if you are waiting for a parking spot get ready to be waiting 20 min for that person to come out.

I get mis-delievered mail in my PO box on a regular basis. Its like they dont even check which box its supposed to go in... Then it takes forever for me to wait in line to give them back the wrong mail and ONCE AGAIN tell the manager that someone elses mail is in my box...

Place is a circus. They erase their closing hours on the door so no one comes in at the end of their working hours. Also they lock the door before it reaches time to close. All they care about is themselves and dont even deserve to make minimum wage.

I went to this location to apply for my passport. The lady behind the counter was VERY professional to work with. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She made what I thought wouldve been a stressful experience very pleasant.

Never even dilivered the letter to the address and I had to go downtown to pick it up. The people here a rude lazy and dont care about your mail. I cant wait for the day the usps goes under.

Place is a joke. The workers take their sweet time, just let the phone ring, and most of all are rude to the customers. I dread having to come here.
