Would not tape my small package... Stopped at this post office to send a small package, not knowing if I should affix a second part of a return authorization to the outside of the box or place it inside the package I left the carton open. After waiting in line, the very first thing the teller said to me was, "youre going to have to buy a roll of tape." I tried to kindly ask her if this RA should be put on the outside or inside of the box and she told me to "put it inside and that I should have probably made a copy for myself." When I asked her if she would tape the package for me, her response was, "no, we dont do that, we are not allowed to do that here." Looking at the half dozen rolls of tape behind the counter I was pretty disappointed in her lack of willingness to help.

Compared to other post offices in the area, this one has friendly staff but is showing its age. Its small and busy, especially with passports. The passport hours are plainly posted, but some people think they are special and still try to bully their way into applying for one. There are usually only two people working the counter, and during the day one is ALWAYS doing passports. You should see the attitude of people who think the second person should not be bothering with something as mundane as mail! If youre there before 3pm, expect a 10-15 minute wait. After 5pm, its usually only a minute or so.

I went in at 3:45 to turn in a passport application. The guy at the counter didnt get off his phone once and yelled at me that since it was my first passport application, that I had to be processed and they stopped doing that at 3. He talked down to me as if I was stupid because I didnt know, all while he didnt even look up from his phone. Awful customer service.

tried to mail letter back to home country of kosovo small county next to IDIOT serbia! the mail man say "that cost the extra to ship to kosovo" and i say "but my uncle need money so he can fix silo that brother BORIS burn down (he has the mental)" very poor use fedex

This wasnt a "lack of willingness to help", it is a cut back just like everywhere else. Check the amount of soap or cereal you buy these days. You are paying more and getting less. The Post Office is just trying to survive like you and everyone else.

The employee behind the counter mean and have a bad attitude he works and talks like he doesnt want to be there, I feel sorry but if you dont like your job or you dont want to deal with public you need to change your job asap
