Such a terrible experience the so called supervisor "Cindy" was beyond rude i mean if you dont like your job or what you do you still have no reason to take it out on the client. If your life choices lead you to your destination at least have some self respect and do your work accordingly. In this instance i had a lost package incident and i contacted them with a case number for assistance. She was blatantly rude telling me they dont do that service of helping cases out during the day then without notice put me on hold for 15mins to get rid of me. I called again later thinking maybe they were just busy and she was having a bad day. Same person answered with the same attitude and very poor professionalism. This woman doesnt deserve to have her job and the USPS should be ashamed for hiring such a poor excuse of an employee. No professionalism, no ability to or even effort to help the customer and by far one of the most rude people i have encountered on the job. I feel sorry for the businesses that are actually over there and have to deal with this kind of nonsense regularly and for Cindy i hope she finds some happiness in her life.

Its been quite consistent that the employees here are professional and try to be fast as they can. But I have one issue. I noticed a person at the passport Booth which is seperate from the mail. An employee walked by ...glanced at him and didnt say a word. I noticed also that the passport hours were closed but the booth was open. The guy standing in line did not know and waited for so long. I really wish the employee could of said something. She could of told him that its closed and come back tomorrow but instead just walks by and doesnt say a word. I see this a lot in America. If someone is comes in for something please help them and say something.

I rarely go to this post office but when I do the wait is a min of 45 min no matter what time of day you go. I dont understand why its so difficult for them to organize people into different lines based on what you want. If you want to buy stamps vs picking up a package vs shipping out random international stuff. I dread going to this post office. Everything is really dated in there and the staff are typically older and are pretty slow but I just wish they would have more than one person working the register. Why cant 2-3 people work and when something special needs to be done that one person can go and do whatever. Just hate this place.

The employees are very professional, attentive, diligent and courteous. They truly exemplify the highest standard of customer service and are great with getting the lines down at a quick pace and dealing with each customer efficiently and effectively always with a smile on their face. It puts me at ease to know that there is still stand up employees that exists. I dealt with both supervisor and staff upon my numerous visits and all are very personable, even the ones that are not directly assisting you speak and extend their assistance if you choose to use self service machine as an alternative to waiting in line.

Worst post office EVER! The Asian employee gave me a very hard time, had difficulty explaining the issue, was unclear, unmotivated, unhelpful. If I gave poor service to my customers, I would not deserve to keep my job. And that "supervisor"? Shes terrible! Shes terrible! Obviously, shes never learned the meaning of "customer service". She needs a whole class just on listening. Clearly, she is misdirected and misinformed and has no idea how to lead her team. She prioritizes her clerks in such a way as to make customers the last priority. UGH.

Our regular postman is fine. Never have a problem. The substitute however is a disaster. Usually we leave a small package we want to ship in the mailbox and the mailman picks it up. Replacement person never picks it up. Today I looked at the mail box and all the papers were just crammed in. The post person did not bother to fold it and put it in. I have a picture to prove it. People like that give postal service bad name. Very disappointing. Again I want to point out that regular postman is fine.

This location is unreliable and useless, and the employees are lazy and rude. For example, a package was not delivered to my home because "no one was there", despite the fact that during the time that they attempted delivery, I was in house and my mother said she saw the post man walk past. No one rang the bell or knocked. The post man also left no notice on the door, leaving me confused and annoyed when I checked my packages status. Utterly ridiculous.

This post office is making Skokie look pathetic. This younger woman at the front counter was so rude and unprofessional today. First of all, who shouts across a room to "help" a customer. (I had a big package in my hands) She assumed she knew why I was there and tells me I was wrong before I even explained anything. When I finally explained what the big package was she rudely brushed me off. I cant believe this person was actually hired.

These guys completely lost my package! It took two weeks to get a straight answer out of them and they refused to do anything about it! They said they would look and call me back three times. Never received a single phone call. The worst shipping experience I have ever had. And they dont care. And people wonder why the postal service is failing.

Because of some sad events in my life I was distracted and left white folder with some documents on the table in that post office. One hour later when I came back it was waiting for me on the workers table. I want to thank the employees of that office and the person who found this folder and gave it to representatives. Have a great day you all.

Terrible! Started a new business in the vicinity and requested pick up services, not once, but at least three times. Spoke to 5 different people, supervisor as well, who advised the pick ups would be in effect. I do understand theres a lot of traffic at this location and it is busy, but if youre not going to follow through, please dont say so.

Are the staff anti-Semites? They lost 2 of my packages and destroyed another 1 by leaving it in the rain. The managers wont get back to me or look into things thoroughly. USPS online claims does nothing as well. I guess my next move is the newspaper and the mayor. Use a different location of possible.

I always drive a few minutes extra to go to this post office because the staff is friendly and efficient, the self serve machines (4!) make it easy to get things mailed, and they also do passports. Even if there is a long line, it moves quickly. Staff are very good with international packages.

Regular man on vacation-relief man did not deliver on Monday or Tuesday, on Wed,Thur and Fri threw one piece of third class mail in every box in hi-rise and left--essentialy no mail for 1 week-- No answer at Skokie post office phone-How poor can service Get???
