If you are ever unfortunate enough to have one of your packages rerouted to this black hole dont expect it to show up at your door anytime soon. Ive had a few packages over the years get routed through here for whatever incompetent post office reason and tracking shows that it sits there for at least a weak with no tracking activity. Sounds to me like the good little government workers need to speed things up (yeah right). Oh, and if you want to speak with anyone there, good luck getting ahold of them. The USPS websites customer request form also lands you on a nonexistent webpage. People should boycott the post office. No private business would ever survive doing business like this. Just another government bureaucracy that all democrats love and cherish.

If there was a way to give a worse rating, I Would. Unbelievable that a package could get to this sort facility in less than 10 hours, from Indiana. .. and be Stuck here for 3 1/2 days at the least.pachage has still not moved. At this point I am wondering if this is the black hole? Tried to call customer service, as previously stated, nothing but really nice sounding automated service that ended up in a 30 min wait to no avail. I suppose they can bank on people loosing their cool and only having the recourse to write a scathing rating on google? I absolutely love the USPS and use it every chance I get. But this place is nearly homeland terrorism. Unforgivable. Or something.

This is NOT their first offence to me, but I plan to make it the last! You incompetent bunch of morons! You have the utter gall and audacity to charge higher rates than fudux? Today, Im shipping nearly $80.00 worth of packages with Fedex. Theyre cheaper & more reliable. They have to be, they dont get taxpayer handouts! Last month they had a $400.00 package of mine in limbo for days. This time, they sent my package to South Carolina and it has just left Indianapolis to go to xxx???. According to their own tracking estimation, it shouldve been in North Carolina 2 days ago!

I have same experience then everybody else- no way to contact any real person at Forest Park location. Their phone number is useless, message just tells to call 1800 number which is automated as well and no way to speak to anybody. My package is going back and fourth from place to place for days and for me is just lost, and there is no way to catch it anywhere. USPS is a bunch of morons indeed. They not customer oriented or quality of service oriented, thats for sure.

terrible facility, extremely unprofessional. I sent a package out on July 1... Its September 21 and my package has not been deliver, no where to be found. Upon making the call, no one has a single clue about where the package is even tho the tracking number clearly shows that it was at this location. Now I am being charged a large non return fee and no one is this company seems to be able to do something about my missing package... unacceptable!!!

Worst receiving facility. My package (which was time sensitive) was delayed one full day because of their inability to prepare for the upcoming Fathers Day. Their orders were backed up so I called to ask if there was anything I can do to pick it up earlier/ship it faster but they acted like I was asking for heart surgery, saying that my request was too complicated. Customer service was no help either.

This sorting facility is the worst. Avoid at all cost! I have had a $400 package stuck at this location of 9 days now. It should have been in Seattle Washington 2 days ago. But NOPE! They are just sitting on it. No way to contact the facility, and no way to speed things up. Terrible, terrible service. I cant believe our government gives these people money.

Just like everyone else, package shows it sat there for 5 days. I find it funny that no one does anything about it and the workers are either so stupid that they cant do their job in a timely manner or have no pride in what they do. Either way, what a bunch of pathetic workers. This place needs to be turned over with all new people.

This facility is by far the worst facility in the entire US. I had one package stuck here for nearly 2 weeks so the shipper sent out another package hoping it wouldnt get caught up in the same situation.... 2 weeks later for the first package and 5 days later for the second package....Im still waiting for both. Not a happy camper.

This is horrific, I have had my package seated at this location for days now and nothing seems to be done about it no movement of whatsoever to the package. I have tried calling the phone number provided but all to no avail. This is really unfair and something need to be done to this facility.

I hate this post office It should be shut down for good my package has been stuck here for days.. They wont return calls...its poor service I live 1hr 20 mins away & the package has not . Been sent to me.. Never again I will never ship with USPS again

Wow...I ordered a package from China...it gets to Forest Park...Im calling my local post office...they tell me there is nothing they can do and I should contact Forest Park...I go online to get the address...and I see that I am not alone. FML.

Were a small business that have customers who expect their orders on time. Unfortunately one of our packages are stuck here and hasnt moved. Its been there for 3 days now and I still cant get ahold of anyone at this location. Just horrible.

I ordered something on 2/12 and it shipped on 2/13. Today is 2/20 and my package has been SITTING at Forest Park, IL post office since 2/15. This is a bday present for a friend and now it is officially late. Thank you post office.

WORTHLESS FACILITY. Package arrived on 06/29 and is still sitting up there as of 07/06. 45 min drive takes 5 days by USPS lack of standards. if I could post words... they would hurt your feelings Im sure.
