Ok. The employees here at this location. Are not trained properly period.. They are not Doing there job properly either period... Now I wish they would shut this location down.. There is another usps office on Harlem and 112 th... A lot better there and you dont get ripped off and they are trained properly

Staff are rude. They are getting a pay check and should at least be polite. Went twice already for a passport and would not see me even though I got there 1 hour - 30 minutes before passport hours were over. Very unprofessional and RUDE!

Always waiting for the mail and it comes about 7 or 7:30 at night and that is ridiculous!! Shouldnt have to wait this long for mail to be brought to my house I especially when I have important stuff that I have to get in time
