These people are the most rude people to ever work anywhere. I called to ask if a package was there or maybe out for delivery if it wasnt in their system that I needed for my daughter because the tracking number said it was there and it didnt specify whether it was out or not. So after I asked if we could check if it was there because I live 1min away and could just go walk there and pick it up she said no I dont feel like doing that you could just wait and see if its coming or not cause all the carriers left. I asked again and she just said no. All of this was said rude and she didnt care for the customer at all. Worst place ever. Chicago post office is nicer.

Customer service at this location is awful. Every time I need to send a package and have some questions this lady just treats me like Im wasting her time and she has no desire to answer my questions. I started thinking maybe thats because I have an accent and she just doesnt want to deal with me. Post Office needs to upgrade their customer service skills, because I will take my business somewhere else where Im going to be welcomed with a smile.

In trying to send something with a return envelope, the woman behind the counter applied postage contrary to my directions, overcharging me in the process, claiming that was how I directed her. These people are rude and slow. I rented a box here, so Im stuck, but go to another branch if you can!

Very helpful, spoke to a Denise and her supervisor today. Package was found and delivered by a neighbor from the block over. Cameras showed mailman dropping off package than must have picked it back up thinking he left at WRONG address.

They lie to companies and say they deliver packages and hold to them for days. When you pay for fast service and this post office gets it forget it. You can miss your package goodbye for days.

horrible customer service! I dont appreciate eye rolls when I have questions. I left and went to Lyons post office. they are so much more helpful there.
