I have been in USA mote then 10 year. And i surprise in this postoffice all people are really nice and polite. They always answer my questions and good way. And by the phone is the same service. This person they know whats customer service i love it. Thats why i give 5 stars. Thanks. Sorry but my English is no well. El servicio que ofrecen en esta poss office en maywood es el mejor que he encontrado en todas las post office que he ido, siempre te resiven con una sonrisa entre labios y siempre te hablan con respecto y de buena manera, he incluso te dan el mismo trato por via telefonica, hace falta gente que realmente le guste el trabajo que hace asi como estas personas.

Bad service. Paid for flat rate box online. Took my items to ship. Was told that they ran out of flat rate boxes and was forced to purchase a package from them even though my items fit in a flat rate envelope ( which is technically cheaper than what I had already paid for.) Another time I took an envelope, but was not satisfied with the seal so I asked if they would give me a price of tape to secure it. Was told to buy their tape, which costs $3.49. Never going here again. Prefer to spend time and gas going anywhere other than here.

They bring me other peoples mail all the time, i never get my mail. They let other people just go ahead and come in to get mail from addresses without asking for proof of residency. The mailman cant read addresses to save their lives. I hate this post office its probably the worst most dysfunctional place, they all need to get fired or retrained or just hire new people. I went in a complained already 3 times and nothing has chnaged. If I could give this review 0 stars I would.

Our mailman is wonderful when he shows up. Besides the fact that we dont get our mail a couple times a month. Anytime you call the Maywood post office you are greeted with people who dont care, get rude and say the same thing every time "uhh yeah hes out there". They must keep calling the wrong people while I sit on hold for 10 minutes, because its 20 min before my business closes. Honestly it is totally unacceptable and a disgrace.

Only been here a few times but they havent lost a package of mine yet, unlike the incredibly terrible post office located in Oak Park (901 Lake St, Oak Park). Oak Park post office lost a very expensive package of mine and they have TERRIBLE service. But after switching to this one, magically so far nothing has been lost. Granted Ive only been here a few times, but so far this place is WAY BETTER than Oak Park post office.

This place is horrible! Everybody is rude when Ive called and went up there. Would give no stars if that was an option. Have called them multiple time to have my mail held as I would be out of town and came home to a mailbox full of mail. Ive had multiple times where packages were supposed to be delivered and it wasnt delivered the day it was supposed to. Also, get other peoples mail often.

I recently had an experience with a lost package. I was tracking this package for weeks. I called Jerry at the Maywood post office and he found and had it delivered the very next day. He exceeded all my expectations. THANK YOU
