The absolute worst customer service experience ever. Liz with the wooden "LOL" and "whatever" signs next to her station, was the rudest individual I have encountered in a long time. With specific rules I needed to follow to return a product back to the manufacturer. She proceeded to say "their rules dont matter, these are our rules". She also had an issue with me speaking or asking questions, because when I tried she would just look at me and say "youre not listening to me". I heard you loud and clear, sadly not everyone is accustom to "your rules". So please excuse me for trying to ask a question. To anyone who goes to this post office, be warned. This is not a friendly or welcoming establishment.

This USPS office is by far the best that I have experienced! The front desk clerk was very nice, helpful, and took the time to give me the best delivery option and price for the package that I was shipping. The delivery supervisor Bailey was also very pleasant with a nice demeanor; and answered all questions that I had concerning mail forwarding. I received the service with a smile at this post office!

Our mail carriers are great but Id rather commit suicide then go back into this post office, what they lack in ambition and hustle they make up for in fake sincerity. Westchester Post Office is putting the snail back in the snail mail.

Literally worst usps store ever. Always understaffed. Rude and ignorant workers. No sense of urgency with any of them. Would avoid this place if my next closest one wasnt so far out of the way
