This is a post office you DO NOT want to deliver from or receive from I would suggest to drive to another location. Where the have the common courtesy and customer service at the most highly valued. Here I have called twice and received rude responses. Where has the respect gone for the customers gone to? No customer service, No courtesy, No problem solving skills here. If you put yourself in YOUR customers shoes you would understand. You would not speak to your beloved like this and not help if they are asking for help, would you? Have a great day!

A package that I ordered from Ebay was sadly sent to this location. It sat there for 7 days and did not move. I contacted the post office only to be told that supposedly they do not receive packages because they are too small. The worker proceeded to give me the phone number of the place across the street that would have received my package. I tried calling the phone number several times and it just rang and rang. There was no message machine connected to the phone number so I googled the number and did not come up with any legitimate business.

I have sold items online a lot and on and off so I have interacted with this post office very often. Especially since it is a convenient place for me to get to and from when I am driving around. The employees are very friendly and I have no had any issues that they did not help me address fully. They have always delivered my mail and packages for me and have held my packages if a signature was required along with a note in my mailbox about it. Well organized and a great place!

I live by myself, my package was delivered while i was at work. a carrier from this post office claims he knocked on my door and heard someone say leave the package outside and thats what he did. needless to say when i got home from work my package was missing, it was stolen and when I called the post office and wanted to see what can be done they pretty much offered no help! didnt help me at all. this place sucks!

I have been living in Melrose Park for a year now & I still dont get my mail in MY mailbox. I will be calling the supervisor in the morning to complain for the 5th time! Its 4:23pm and the carrier has yet to deliver mail for the day... Dont they know that the banks & all businesses close around 5pm! Im getting fed up... someone should do something!

Within the past year I have had 2 issues with moving and my mail delivery, and both times the postal employees have been courteous and helpful, working in an efficient manner. I thought it important to leave good feedback when it happens on these rare, but important occasions. it gives me hope that customer service still exists.

Too bad there are not negative stars. This sorting facility takes 2 days or more to get things out the door to local stations. Just follow the tracking info. When will this lazy azz institution be put down and let people who actually understand that good service equals profit take over. Lazy, worthless idiots.

I called and Roxi picked up, she was so nice and very helpful. ( I called 2 other post offices and lets just say rude). I went there for my passport application and everyone one was great, answered all of my questions and very helpful and fast. I would recommend this location.

Absolutely awful. Every time I order something shipped by DHL, my package goes through this facility and ends up sitting around for a week, is delivered damaged, or is never delivered at all. I really wish there was a way to go around them.

They have really lazy carriers who dont believe in ringing the bell when theyre suppose to be delivering packages. They leave your package anywhere and say they didnt get it. Also their customer service skills are horrible as well.

They give up to easily! If your house is literally not in blind sight they wont bother looking and will mark it undeliverable & you will have to wait 1 whole month for a simple package!
