For being located in a small suburb this is the most irresponsible post office. They do not take responsibility for losing other peoples mail. They told my neighbor that I had her package. I recalled only signing for a package that was for my dad in law and receiving a poster that I had ordered for myself. I know how to read Im not illiterate. Very unprofessional on their part. Luckily my neighbor was understanding and believed me.

I would never go there again. I did send out a package 2.5 months ago it was expensive package and it got lost, the lady at the post office told me that it will take the most 2 weeks to get there it has been 2 months and a half and nobody knows where the package is plus they dont want to give me my money back and it was not 5 dollars but 35 dollars that I wasted. Very dissapointed in their service.

Great post office! I ship allot, and they are always helpful, courteous and great to deal with. Tamra, and Ken, have both helped me in the past! My postal carriers are great as well. River Grove is a great town with a great post office. Thanks Chris 5th Ave Bookstore
