This post office is horrific non efficient and liars!!!! be aware of what is being mailed to you. My family and I moved out of there terminal. and it has been lets say homeless due to there inept of forwarding mail. They have taken over a month for what little was forwarded to us which was all first class posta; paid I have proof and will back up this review you need to look into this place??? And we are very aware of mail being returned undeliverable no forward address which so untrue. I am very upset even when living in 53226 our mail did not arrive on time. And truth is was always very important documents. Not sure where problem lied if carrier sorters what? But no man has the choice decide when someone should receive anything, If you are this way should not be working for a carrier!!! Very upset and this review will continue. until resolved why My Things!!!! Not postal office were not delivered? In manner were protocol was evidently and clearly not followed??

Hate to even give this a 1 star. Unfortunately this is the post office I need to use most often and one of the worst. Erik and Bill were there tonight (yay). As usual being completely rude, condescending and unhelpful. This time I had Bill and while I was trying to mail some items Erik was babbling on about how he found photos of Robin Williams after he hung himself and THEN pulled out his phone to show them. Really?? They started to lock up at 6:15 but didnt close until 6:30 and were genuinely rude to people coming in to ask if they were still open like why would you ask that? I wanted to write something last visit because Erik was being a complete jerk when I asked about renewing my passport. He Interrupted my question and then realized it was a legitimate question so he was forced to let me finish. Postal workers should learn what customer service means! My night is ruined by over paid idiots.

I have always had the best service at the Wauwatosa Post Office and I have been going there for nearly 30 years, so I have had a lot of experience with that location! People are often quick to post negative reviews, but neglect to take the time to post something nice when it is deserved and so I am posting this review because I think everyone who works at the Wauwatosa Post Office (53213, 53222, 53226) does an awesome job!

The supervisor, Carmen, was unwilling to help me out when I needed to find a package what was just delivered to them by FedEx. When I called she was very rude and stand-offish. I work in logistics and I know special requests a are a pain point, but when the customer is treated poorly on top of being refused help this shows a lack of professionalism. The customer support by this person was terrible.

The Wauwatosa post office staff are professional, polite, and very helpful. I prefer this post office over others in the surrounding area. The office is easy to get to and park at. The hours are convenient- they are open till 6pm on weekdays and until 3pm on Saturdays. My only caution is that this office can get pretty busy, esp. on Mondays and during the holidays.

Post office was pretty handy to get to. The floor space was very adequate. It is a pretty full-service post office having postal boxes, shipping supplies, etc. There is a convenient drive thru for dropping mail off. I dont know if it was unusual, but there were about 9 people in line and it took a while to get serviced.

I have had some pretty poor experiences at different post offices around the area but this one is always pleasant. The employees are always very nice and they are fast and efficient too so that you are not waiting long.

Wanted to send something over night with 1 day delivery. Person at the desk refused. He said thats how they all are sent. Wrong. But he took my letter anyways so now I cant take it else where. Not happy!
