Multiple times they have delivered my mail/ packages to the wrong address/ apartment. I dont know how this keeps happening. All my packages clearly say my apartment number. Two packages got sent from the same seller on the same day and only one made it to my house, the other is missing. I had to call 7+ times (because no one answered) only to be told that the mail man is already off the clock and theres nothing they can do till tomorrow. Last time this happened they had me go house to house looking for my package! Why should I have to go looking for it if its your employees fault?! PLEASE GET EMPLOYEES WHO CAN DISTINGUISH DIFFERENT APARTMENT NUMERS/LETTERS!! This is getting ridiculous.

I am having issues stopping my forwarded mail to Florida.. I was advised by the supervisor to put in a change of address in Florida and that would stop the forwarding. That didnt happen. Thankfully the post office in St. Petersburg, Florida is sending all my mail back to me "postage free", but only if Murray will stop forwarding. So, I called the post office at 4:21 pm and hear a recording to call back during the hours of 9:00 to 4:30. My issue though is that I have completed the process that the Supervisor of the Murray post office advised and yet my mail is still being forwarded.

This a terrible place. There is a old man that delivers who is extremely rude and disrespectful. He thinks he is somebody but he isnt. The customer service is contradicting. I honestly believe they are racist but its from my experience. They force you to buy a key for your mail when half of murray doesnt have to do it just the less wealthy side. Oh and when packages dont fit in your mailbox they take them to the post office instead of knocking on your door. They are pathetic.

You would think that the post office would be the most obvious of places to buy a stamp. Well not if you are in Murray Ky. I stopped by there this evening to mail a letter only to find that the stamp machine has been ripped out. The new sheetrock is still fresh where it used to be. Here in Murray Ky gone are the days of buying a stamp with coinage. Apparently, emptying the change and replenishing the stamps was too difficult of a task for someone.

I just got off the phone with someone who was very helpful and patient in helping me find the most economical method of shipping something to Missouri. I hate that those who wrote those other reviews had problems, but I received wonderful service with my call. Thanks!!!

Supervisors are rude and condescending. Carriers lie to get themselves out of trouble. They obviously dont care about customer service. And why would they? Id suggest you go somewhere else for your postal needs, but theres really nowhere else in Murray to go.

They steal anything they can get their hands on and dump the mail theyve ransacked and pretend they never received it. I caught my post lady opening letters on my doorstep to remove a check.
