No stars should be an option. Our mail has been consistently delivered after 530 pm for MONTHS . Or not at all. When I called to find out why, the postal director was incredibly rude. Its the weather; they dont get the mail until 10 or later; maybe there was no mail. I asked if the carriers hours had changed to reflect this late start of 10. NO, they get there at 830 and probably do nothing until the mail arrives. Of course, why would you change your hours to reflect reality when you can collect overtime? HORRIBLE, horrible, horrible. The window workers, however, are outstanding almost every time I have gone in there. Laura is especially helpful.

I love going to this post office. The staff is so friendly and eager to help you. Plus, they take time to explain the most cost effective way of sending a package out. Sometimes there is a line, but it moves fast. I love the fact that they carry greeting cards and gift cards, makes it so much more convenient. They also deliver my mail and I have no complaints whatsoever. You guys are doing an awesome job.

Went there to get a passport and found out that on Saturdays its appointment only and were not very nice about it. So they sent us to the Frankfort location who then told us it is against post office rules to do passports by appointment only. Very disappointing.

Had to get passport, Laura was excellent. I have lived here 26 years and have never had bad service. That is why I like to bring them special treats at Christmas time.
