THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE EVER. I waited in line for 20 minutes to ask about options for shipping a package to England and was then yelled at (!!!) by the postman that they could not help me at all because there were too many people waiting. What use is it having a person there if he cant answer any questions and can only accept packages?

I couldnt agree more with Maggie! The guy that works here shouldnt be even allowed to work with the public! My garage door has more personality then he does. If you are looking for a pleasant postal experience.....DONT look here!

Went in there with a package it was 8 oz over the weight that my label said they provided zero help and told me to re print my label at home couldnt offer an help even though I was standarding at the post office

I was next in line and waited for over 30 minutes Not only did I wait, the customer service rep was extremely rude to the person in front of me. I ended up leaving. Poor customer service! I will not be back:

Make sure you know exactly what you want otherwise youll be made to look like an idiot with one particular lady I had to deal with yesterday. Some of the people that work there are ok.

My wife and I went in to get our passports. It only took 25 minutes and they took our pictures right there. Great customer service, all around great experience.
