Theres an old woman who works here that is less than useless. She looks at you as if you dont deserve her time. I came in with 15 minutes to spare and had 1 item to pick up as well as mail something. She refused to mail the package because "it would have to go out on the truck and theres less than 5 minutes and she cant legally hold it overnight". Um, excuse me. You are a post office. Your entity exists to hold mail. I also wasnt aware that you were allowed to be a government employee if you were illiterate and cant read time or write down the address in a timely manner. Maybe you would have had the full 15 minutes to complete this task if you werent working at glacial pace.

I mailed a Best Buy Xmas gift card to my nephew (in New York) last year got lost. I called Best Buy and they told me that card already used at Gurnees store(it used the next day I mailed from post office). This card stolen by the inside post worker. I went to filled out complaint form but still NO answer so far. If you need to but please BE AWARE OF SEND OUT PACKAGE FROM THIS OFFICE. THE MANAGER WAS NOT COPERATIVE AT ALL. I go to another post office right now if I need to mail out any check or gift card.
