I have never seen a more incompetent post office. If our regular postman is not delivering mail, we are lucky if we get it at all. We have had a couple days of no mail now in the last 2 weeks. This happens frequently. One time the postman even delivered our mail along with a couple different neighbors mail to one down the street. They told the postman that a lot of the mail wasnt theirs and belonged to the neighbors, he said no, its yours (with an attitude) and walked out and left them to deal with it. Luckily they were nice enough to deliver all the mail. When I visit this post office, they are extremely slow, no sense of urgency when there is a long line, other workers walk past and no one comes to assist the one person working when there are 10 people in line. And definitely dont bother calling them. They never answer the phone.

This post office is horrible. They always fail to deliver express packages on time but at same time they manage to deliver wrong mail - including one from people who moved out 13 years ago. On 9/7/16 I spoke to "Thomas" who identified itself as station manager (refused to give me last name or employee number), and instead of helping me he started asking me bunch of PRIVATE UNRELATED questions (where I am from, Am i Hindu etc.. what a hell?). Why do we pay for express shipping is USPS is not able to honor them? When they hold your express package for 24-48 hours one one spot that is fine, but when you ask them to attempt another delivery - that is too much ? ELK GROVE VILLAGE USPS is HORRIBLE!

Awful. Fill in Carriers deliver mail whenever they want...if at all. Seriously how do mess up mail delivery? You have one job. Figure it out.
