Liars, morons and idiots abound. Third time I received a "we missed you, signature required" notice paper. Thing is, twice we were sitting in the living room watching TV (I work nights and am up when the mail shows up) and watched the mail be put into our mailbox. Went to the box and there was the notice. NO ATTEMPT to actually TRY to deliver it. When I went to the post office, they told me that we must have not been home. I told them that I SAW them put my mail in the mailbox...their answer was that I should have rushed outside to meet the mail carrier. I go to the next suburbs post office when I need anything accomplished. Sadly, the days of Karyn and a couple others, who knew what they were doing, and actually cared about customer service, are gone.

Dropped off a package and asked to buy stamps. Noticed my pre-applied tape came loose at a corner. Requested a small piece to secure it and was informed "we sell tape." I passed on the tape sale and they can pay for my item thru insurance if it gets lost. Clerk forgot to sell me stamps. Ill go elsewhere to drop off mail with an idea as to why people are using the USPS less.

very nice and friendly people working over there i would like to mention the name of Kusum Puri (post master) and Pat Mejic (window clerk) both helping me nicely and give all information which i want regarding passport application. i gave 5 star to this post office and would refer others to go for such nice and fast services .

Avoid this place at all cost. Asked for a clear envelope to place my paid shipping label in, been told they cant provide me one if she would she gets in trouble. Are you serious? Its a paid shipping label and I am using your carrier should be part of the shipping cost. No customer service skills whatsoever

Always fast and friendly. From the Postmaster, to the clerks, to the mail men and women that deliver mail. Always courteous even when its busy. Passport services are great here as well!

I cant believe how bad this place is. If it were any place other than a govt run entity, it would fail right away. I avoid at all costs.
