So I got a package delivered that I ordered from eBay. Not only was the box damaged but I was told I had to pay the mail carrier for "unpaid" shipping costs. I never heard of such a thing. And she could only take cash or a check. I was told to call the post office to see what the problem was and their number is constantly busy. Its no wonder why the post office is going out of business and everyone hates them. Try having some customer service. I cant wait for FedEx and UPS to shut down this worthless waste of tax dollars for good.

I would bet most people looking up the Post Office are looking for hours of operation. It would be helpful if those were posted. They are somewhat irregular and several times Ive gotten it wrong when in a rush.

The two people working there were rude and incompetent. I never thought I would get attitude at the post office, and it sucks because I live in clarendon hills and dont have an alternative!
